Disappointed!!!

Six of us have just returned from this apartment in Estepona.

The view from the terrace is amazing - but we all felt the penthouse itself was far below standard to many others we have stayed in previously in Europe. The furnishings and decoration are all dated and tired. The whole apartment needs a good 'spruce up' with new bed linen, towels and kitchen items and repair work to the plumbing urgently attended to (reported to Time In Spain during our stay).

Frontline overlooking sea next to Estepona port. This property is located in between the port of Estepona and the famous Playa del Cristo (great for young and old) - better impossible. You have various restaurants on your doorstep for day and night. The chiringuito HAVANA is highly recommended, walking into the port of Estepona would take you less than 10 minutes where you have everything that you might need – bars, clubs, supermarkets, taxis and a bus stop in front of the urbanisation. Gibraltar is a 40 minute drive away and it will take you about 30 minutes to the heart of old town Marbella or Puerto Banús. Further places that can be easily visited are Seville, Malaga, Cádiz or cross the strait of Gibraltar to see Moroccan culture in Africa (Tanger).

  • In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
    You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
    We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
    Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
    Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
    Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
    Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
