About this property

Situated on the ground floor of Casa Torretta, apartment Maria can host up to 4 people and is ideal for a family with children.
The apartment is made up of one finely furnished bedroom with double bed, one bathroom equipped with big showers and a kitchen-living room with sofa bed. Apartment Maria has a small private garden with an outdoor table, just a few steps far from the swimming pool. Air conditioning is available in all the rooms.
The apartment is situated in the Casa Torretta complex, which is made up of 6 apartments born from the refurbishment of an old Villa in the middle of an olive tree grove. You will be able to enjoy the wonderful view on the Gulf of Patti and Aeolian island while sitting on the pool side, or beneath one of the two Gazebos available to our guests while enjoying a glass of typical sicilian wine.

One of the several highlights of Casa Torretta is its position: the perfect spot for those who want to discover the best Sicily has to offer!
Using Casa Torretta as your base you will be able to visit the most famous location in Sicily such as the Aeolian Islands for which there are daily minicruises with departure from Patti. With a short drive you will be able to discover Tindari and Marinello lakes (8 km), Montalbano (30 km) best Italian village of 2015, Milazzo (40 km). On a daily trip you will be able reach Palermo (190 km), Monreale (170 km), Catania e l’Etna (160 km), Taormina (115 km), Cefalù (110 km) and many other interesting places!

Having a car is necessary to move around because there is no public transportation nearby. Some distances:

Beautiful tranquil environment

The property was well located, clean and well equipped We arrived late and it was difficult to find in the dark but Nicola kindly waited up and came to find us Pool area was lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger ländlicher Umgebung

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, sie ist schön gestaltet, bietet alles, was man so braucht und es funktioniert alles. Wir haben die Terrasse mit dem schönen Ausblick und den Pool genossen. Jederzeit zu empfehlen!

Sehr schöne Fewo mit tollem Pool und Toplage

Sehr schön renoviertes Haus mit tollem Blick vom Pool oder den oberen Fewo auf das Meer.Sehr netter Vermieter ,der immer erreichbar war und englisch sprach.Supermarkt und Restaurants sowie das Meer mit dem Auto innerhalb 10 min erreichbar.Die Küchenausstattung war allerdings etwas spärlich aber der Vermieter konnte helfen.
