High up against the world famous Lions Head lies a magnificent exclusive villa that overlooks Bantry Bay, Seapoint and Mouille Point. The villa is the definition of home living with a view to die for. It is in the perfect location with all the amenities to make your stay spectacular.

With three amazing levels, the villa boasts a pool and terrace on the lower level, one air conditioned bedroom is located on the middle level with a queen bed and tons of cupboard space with its own full bathroom (bathtub, shower, bidet, toilet, double basin). The middle level features a separate TV lounge, guest bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and large lounge with a wood fireplace for those romantic or colder evenings.

A large patio overlooking the pool and excellent ocean views of the bay and Robben Island has a large patio dining area and built in BBQ. Guests can enjoy amazing sunsets daily with views reaching as far as Blouberg or simply look out the back and take a look at Lions Head in your back yard. The views extend even further on the upper level balcony while you enjoy a game of pool or retire to the reading room by a cozy wood fire.

The air conditioned queen master bedroom with ocean views has direct access to the upper balcony and has a full bathroom (bathtub, shower, bidet, toilet, and basin). The second air conditioned queen bedroom faces to the side of the villa and has its own balcony with full en-suite bathroom (bathtub, shower, toilet and basin). The third air conditioned bedroom has two single beds with en-suite bathroom (bathtub, toilet, and basin) and its own private balcony with a direct view of Lions Head. The Pool Room bedroom is located net to the pool on the lower level and has a small bathroom with shower and 2 bunk beds. Please consider that this bedroom is located by the pool area.

What makes this villa unique

The Villa is perfectly nestled within the most affluent areas of Cape Town; a stone throw away form Clifton, Camps Bay, Table Mountain and the V&A waterfront with Lions Head practically in my back yard. The multi level Villa has superb Ocean and Mountain views with clear sight of Robben Island. It's safe and spacious with the least amount of wind in the area. Have a go at a game of pool or kick back in the reading room and enjoy the beautiful ocean views and fresh air. Live-in staff is available M-F and will take care of the exterior and interior cleaning of the Villa during your stay at no additional cost.

There is a VW Mini Van on the property and is available to rent - let me know if you need more info.

PLEASE NOTE THAT CAPE TOWN IS UNDER STRICT WATER RESTRICTIONS DUE TO THE SEVERE DROUGHT. WATER IS LIMITED TO 50L PER PERSON PER DAY

VW mini-van to rent on site. Please ask for more information. Security : There is an electric fence around the entire property. It stays on 24/7 and is connected to the armed response company and villa alarm system. There is an intercom system with a video cam and gate release button from the mid level of the villa to the front gate. The entire villa is covered by an alarm system with 4 keypads - one keypad on each level - of the villa and can be armed when you are gone as well as at night when you are sleeping. The system connects to an armed response unit with a call out time of 3 min from the moment the alarm activates. The area is well patrolled as there is several private security guards manning properties on the same road - the road the villa is in is very affluent so security is tops in the area

Indescribable experience

Our stay ar Charl’s home in Bantry Bay was nothing like I have ever done before. Situated on top of the hill overlooking many other houses, you have an unobstructed view of the water. Lions head is right behind the home and a trail is close for perfect pictures. Charl was extremely helpful and thorough when planning for this trip! Patrick is the property manager and he is always around for transportation or a joke! I would 1000% recommend this to anyone visiting Capetown for the first time. I was hesitant about the security, but there is plenty of security stations in the neighborhood and a house alarm (which we found out works very well on accident :) )

Bantry Bay at its best. Stunning location. Super luxurious apartment.

Location brilliant facing the sea. Luxurious apartment what more would u need for a super holiday! Charlz was absolutely super from day of the booking to checkout. Facilities were absolutely super, could not have asked for more. We were thoroughly spoilt. Apartment was fully serviced with a beautiful kitchen with all the amenities you need for a self-catering holiday. Patrick was always available and most helpful.

i would recommend this apartment anytime for a super luxurious holiday in Cape Town.

VILLA die alle hohen Ansprüche eines modernen Domizils erfüllt!

Mit hochwertigen Matratzen zum Schlafen, mit einer Top ausgestatteten Küche, mit einem Billiard Saloon und großer Grill- Terrasse und einem Top Service von Patrick und Stella vor Ort hat die Villa Kali voll unseren Ansprüchen genüge getan! Kann man vor allem für Gruppen die Golfurlaub machen aber auch 2,3 Familien die sich "zusammen tun" sehr empfehlen!

Lediglich der Pool gehört "saniert" ... was aber für uns keine große Bedeutung hatte!

Top location, full confortable And Luxury villa !

The villa is absolutely a top place to be for few days in town !

First of all, nothing is missing : it's like at home even better ! Secondly , very comfortable with space, equipments, and the view ! Amazing !

We like also the "billard " Space !

The neighborhood -Bantry bay- : one of The most highlevel in Captown with Clifton beach and very convenient as camps bay is at 9' driving and downtown 10' when we wanted to get diner outside !!

Very convenient also , an big double automatic garage in which we parked the car, and There is a solution of transportation with Patrick the house tender with few fees as a Volkswagen Transporteur is belonging to the house.

We highly recommended this location and we will defineteltly fix this place four our next trip in the area!

Bantry Bay is an affluent suburb of Cape Town situated on the slopes of Lion's Head and overlooking a rocky coastline, Western Cape Province, South Africa. Its neighboring suburbs are Sea Point and Clifton. It was originally called Botany Bay after a botanical garden that was planted here for the cultivation of medicinal herbs. The name was changed during World War I.

It is overlooked by Lion's Head, which is an eroded outlier of sandstone. There is a plaque on the seashore that commemorates a visit by Charles Darwin, who made important geological observations here relating to the nature and origin of granite.

Bantry Bay is known to be the most wind-free area in Cape Town. Secluded & protected, the inhabitants of this exclusive area enjoy about 290 wind free days per year - a significant fact given Cape Town's windy climate.

Clifton is a stone throw away; an affluent suburb of Cape Town, South Africa. It is an exclusive residential area and is home to some of the most expensive real estate in South Africa, with dwellings nestled on cliffs that have sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean.

Clifton was rated as one of the Top Ten Beaches by the cable and satellite television network Discovery Travel Channel in 2003 and 2004 and has received Blue Flag status.
