A wonderful three bedroom villa which sleeps a maximum of 6 guests. Complete with WI-FI, air conditioning in the lounge and master bedroom. The villa also has a private garden and private pool. There is a BBQ, comfortable outside seating, garden table and chair along with sun loungers.

The villa is located on the Sanlucar de Barrameda golf course urbanisation, which is located 4km from the town centre and beaches. There is a cafeteria / bar on the same street as the villa for a relaxing drink and tapas.

The ground floor entrance level has the dining room with table and chairs, off the dining room is the fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. There is also a bathroom with shower. The light and airy lounge has a large television and two patio doors which lead onto the covered patio.

On the first floor there are the three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom with double bed, has an en-suite bathroom and small balcony overlooking the pool and garden. There is a family bathroom and the two remaining bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.

The villa has a parking bay available for two cars and extra parking is available in front of the villa. Towels (not including beach/pool towels) and bed linen are included in the rental rates.

Villa was fantastic

Both Ian and Lynn were extremely helpful both before and during. Villa was perfect and had everything we needed but you do need a car and there isn't much near the villa. View was spectacular and the pool area was lovely. Bedrooms and bathrooms all beautiful and clean. Small problem with tiny ants in kitchen so don't leave any food out even for a few minutes. Overall fantastic
