About the property

Relax in your brand new 3 bedrm Apart built in 2016.

It comfortably accommodates 8 adults with 3 Large Queen Beds and a double fold out sofabed.

Located just 200 metres to the seaside with minor sea views.

BBQ on the patio or dine out in the nearby cafe/restaurants.

4 min walk to the waterfront in Qawra & 14 min to Bugibba Square.

Check-in is flexible, as we have a key less entry and we will provide you with codes to let yourself in .

This 1st floor Apartment with Lift access ,( finished built in April 2016) , comes with all the necessary & modern amenities.

A fully equip kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Eat at the 4 person breakfast bar.

Washing machine, clothes dryer, hairdryer, iron & ironing board.

Enjoy the 49' flat screen TV in the living area, and smaller flat screen TVs with android boxes in each bedroom. All linen, bath and beach towels are provided.

Ceiling fans and freestanding fans in each room and a BBQ on the balcony

Free on-street parking with many spots available at all times

There is NO daily housekeeper. You are expected to clean up after yourself.

We have our own cleaner that comes in after you have left the apartment at the end of your stay.

Please note that the property includes water and electricity bills as per below:

80 KWh of electricity and 1.5 cubic meters of water per 7 days. (11.42 KWh per day and 0.21 cubic meters of water per day)

This FREE allowance is more than sufficient.

However, if the inclusive amount of KWh and cubic meters will be exceeded, the extra consumption will be charge at the rate of 0. 35c per KWh and 8 euro per cubic meter.

Also please note that when the monthly rate is selected, water and electricity bills are NOT included in the agreed rent price and would be paid for as much as one consumes (at the above mentioned rates).

Meter readings will be taken together with you on arrival and on departure.

On check-in, a cash payment of 100 euro as a utility deposit for bills will be requested. If not used, the difference will be refunded on departure - if more is used , the difference will have to be paid for.

The Security Deposit is never taken from your credit card unless we make a claim for damages through Homeaway after your stay

About The Owner

I (Helen) am the Sydney Area Manager of a Company that provides Landlord Protection for people with investment properties. My job is to provide the information of our Cover and Services to Real Estate Agents. I am meeting new people everyday and that's the part I love.

I previously owned my own Real Estate Business for 26 years and before that, I worked in the Banking Industry for 13 years

I have traveled extensively in Australia, New Zealand, Asian countries and America, including staying in Airbnb homes, so I really know what makes for a good stay.

I have 2 grown sons and just became a grand mother ;-)

My son Lee will be looking after you in Malta, he is well traveled in USA and Europe and was a Tour Manager with Contiki tours and is a wealth of information, so he knows and understands what people want from a holiday.
