This home is a single level detached home that offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths and a 2-car garage. The master bedroom offers a king size bed with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. The other two guest rooms offer queen size beds. All beds have memory foam mattresses for your comfort. Relax by the pool or the spa in a private fenced backyard surrounded by mature landscape. Kitchen is fully appointed with a gas stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and granite counter tops. There is a gas grill for your outdoor cooking needs. Your family and friends can relax inside by the gas fireplace watching the LCD TV or Blu-ray player.
We live in the San Francisco Bay Area and have owned this house since 2011. We enjoy coming to Cathedral City for the warm temperatures year round. The opportunities to get out and play golf are endless, with golf courses galore in this region.

We enjoy escaping the cool temperatures in the San Francisco Bay area and spending time in the warm sunny days by the pool, playing golf, and partaking in the various activities the Coachella Valley has to offer.
This property offers serenity, from the views of the San Jacinto Mountains in the front to the pool in a private backyard oasis. We fell in love with the proximity to everything and the perfect setting to lounge by the pool soaking up the warm sun.
Stayed here for coachella with a few of my friends. House is in a very quiet suburb neighborhood and a 25 min drive to coachella. The house fit us comfortably and served it's purpose. There are cooking utensils, silverware, extra towels, a few extra blankets, and a few hotel sized shower things provided. If you want to cook, make sure to bring all your own food supplies, also bring water if you're not ok with tap water.
Good communication with the owners as well as John, the guy who gave us the keys. My friend forgot his car keys at the house and John was very responsive and able to mail them back asap.
The property is cozy, clean and comfortable, and well equipped. It's centrally located and close to shopping.
The yard, landscaping, pool and spa were excellent, providing plenty of privacy. The rear of the home is facing east so there is sunshine most of the day, perfect for those folks wanting to catch up on some needed vitamin D! It also protects the rear of the home from the naturally occurring desert wind, a big plus. The yard has plenty of grass and pavement for both a pet and sun-seekers wanting to lounge. The neighborhood is a clean and quiet suburb of Cathedral City (between Palm Springs and Palm Desert) with many other nicely landscaped yards. The interior of the home has many updates (counter tops, newer furniture / electronics). As soon as the kitchen (utensils, plates, cups, 10 minute brew time coffee pot, etc..), towels / linens are updated, this property will rate excellent. Also needed were more supplies I normally find when renting a home (spices, cooking oil, CORK SCREW, etc...). I recommend a person just arriving take inventory and then go to the store to stock up as it will save you the few trips we had to make.
