It is the perfect place to play in the sand & ocean, and enjoy sunsets from the patio, terrace and living room.

Enjoy the spacious and comfy Living Room with fireplace and 60' flat-screen with HD Satellite TV. On the private Patio, which opens onto the golden sand of our friendly “private” beach, relax on the chaise lounges to the warmth of the sun & fire pit, and BBQ & then dine on the outdoor table for 6. Note that there isn't a sidewalk full of pedestrians in front of the patio like in most So.Cal. beach towns. Prepare meals in the gourmet Kitchen, with top-of-the-line appliances and master chef utensils, and host elegant dinner parties in the Dining Room which seats 8. Or have informal meals at the granite breakfast bar which overlooks the ocean.

There is not a sidewalk full of pedestrians in front of the patio like at most beach towns in Southern California. So it is unique in that you have true privacy on the patio and in the other living areas.

This was the perfect vacation stop for our family visiting from out of town. Beautiful views, loved the bike path and all the cafes, shops and activities so close by.

Amazing view and great location

Great location. Right on the beach! Very smooth and easy process for checking in. The place is clean and there were no issues with our stay. The views from both the upstairs master and downstairs living room are fantastic.

Seaside Satisfaction

The Beach house is well equipped and management responsive. How glorious to watch the sun flare across the ocean at sunset; the people riding/jogging/walking the seaside path. A few maintenance items cropped up, which were sufficiently addressed; Darren was attentive to our need for a DVD (was in the locked closet) and set it up for us. Loved the bikes and generous parking. Nice warm soak in the Master jacuzzi tub was great on those chilly nights, as were the 2 fireplaces! Restaurants and grocers nearby. 100% enjoyable! Would gladly stay here again.
