What makes this Boat unique
Please be forewarned, being on a boat is a very unique experience and many things are different to being a landlubber and staying in standard accommodation, or a hotel for that matter, in terms of staffing, electricity, toilet flush systems, etc. Upon booking, we will send details of all the things that are not strikingly obvious so our guests are forearmed. We really have tried our best to make this a fun/exciting but comfortable/relaxing experience - without it being intrusive - and very much hope you enjoy your stay!
100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
South of France on the Thames!
Staying on the Eucala for 4 nights was an experience for my sons 18th birthday celebrations together with my husband and 14 year old daughter. We were very lucky with the weather and we enjoyed seeing another very different side of london life.Using the electric boat to see along the river, sunbathing and walking through Hampton kept everyone busy.
Getting into central london was very easy and a day ticket covered the train fare and tube for 24 hours .Parking the car was no problem at the local hotel for a reasonable price.
It is definitely more fun than staying in a hotel !
Something a little different to celebrate a special friends 40th. Natasha and Klaus were very helpful and gave us all the information we needed - included recommended restaurants. They even put up some decorations for our celebrations. The weather was kind to us (in the end!) so enjoying a first cup of tea breakfast on deck in the sunshine was memorable. Parking at The Stables was really useful although I would suggest dropping bags/food etc off first by the entrance door as it was quite a walk fully loaded but the parking itself was really handy and cheap and easy to get to. Lovely peaceful quite area of London and East Moleseley was lovely too. Surprisingly, the cabins were larger than expected especially the double room (same size if not bigger than a mobile home) Recommend if you want something a little different. Great Stay.
I doubt any guests will not enjoy this impressive floating pad. It has it all and Natasha and Klaus both deserve
credit for looking after their itinerant visitors to a really lovely part of Greater London. I hope to return in the summer one time when I can raise the bar to 5 star, from Autumn's 4.
Lovely and unique experience. Great location
This is certainly a unique place to stay - our first time in a boat instead of the usual hotel or apartment rental. Natasha was super helpful from the time we arrived and when the kids couldn't get the tv to work and in giving us a quick tour of how everything worked. 3 spacious bedrooms and plenty of living space on board plus a perfect secure location. We felt safe on board and it was great being so close to Hampton village, trains into London and of course to Hampton court palace. We had a great day out there and then spent an afternoon at the open air lido.
There are definitely a few spiders on board with you which my daughter wasn't too sure about but Natasha had provided a humane spider catcher on board. The smell of boats and diesel is far outweighed by the gentle rocking and beautiful location and the pure fun of sleeping on a yacht for a few days!
It is awesome that this boat does not look very big but it has got almost everything that an apartment has: 3 bedrooms with bathrooms, lounge area and breakfast area, the most amazing part is that the small kitchen is facilitated with every appliance. We enjoyed exploring the boat. We arrived at a sunny day, which helps to appreciate more about living in a boat by river. It was so cool to lie down on the deck to soak in the sunshine and the beautiful surroundings. We also visited Hampton Court Place and had a couple of nice meals in nearby villages.
A nice quiet spot
We had a very enjoyable stay on the boat. It was as described and Natasha's communication was very good.
A short walk to lots of lovely cafes and restaurants in Bridge Road.
