About the property

This holiday home is a bright two-bedroom apartment on the third floor (there is a lift) of a modern courtyard development in the Old Town, close by the historic Royal Mile in the centre of Edinburgh. The apartment is within easy walking distance of the major tourist attractions, festival venues, shops, nightlife and transport connections. The apartment is light and airy and looks out on to a leafy courtyard.

The living room has an attractive corner window, with views towards Salisbury Crags. The modern kitchen is well provided with crockery, cutlery, glasses and kitchenware, as well as a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, cooker and microwave. There are a dining table and chairs in the kitchen.

The two bedrooms (one a double and one twin) both have en-suite shower rooms, and there is also a principal bathroom, which has a bathtub and shower over.

The apartment has gas central heating and double glazing. The price of gas, electricity and local taxes is included. For the comfort of future guests, the apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. Free parking is available on request.

Perfect place!

We were two couples traveling about Scotland. We found Old Tolbooth to be a perfect location for everything......the Royal Mile and the train station. It was also very quiet at night which we always appreciate. The flat is immaculate and has everything one needs (even a lift to get to the 3rd floor!). Martin was a delete to work with and was quick to answer our questions. We all would highly recommend this spot to all visiting Edinburgh.

Wonderful location, loved everything about it!

We came to Scotland for a girl's trip- 4 of us celebrating turning 50 this year. We looked at several properties, and decided on this one. Having the 3rd full bathroom and a lift in the building made for an easier stay. The location was perfect- close to everything in the area and walking distance to pubs, coffee shops, shopping, the castle and tour pick up locations. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We could not have asked for a better place for our stay.

Perfectly located to get all around Edinburgh

Had a lovely 4 night stay in this apartment. The location is great for seeing all the main sites in Edinburgh - nowhere is very far.

It had everything we needed, and 3 bathrooms was a plus! It heated up nice and quick which was great as we visited in winter! Would definitely recommend this apartment.
