This Serviced/Holiday apartment is situated at Lancefield Quay, Glasgow City Centre and couldn't be closer to the SECC and SSE hydro for events. The apartment is positioned on the 8th floor of a modern Clyde side apartment block and its magnificent windows offer panoramic views of the River Clyde and city further afield.
The vibrant Finneston and City Centre are all within easy walking distance with the west end being just a short taxi ride away. The apartment comes with its own underground parking space which is secure should you wish to bring your car. The parking is suitable for a salon type car i.e. not a jeep or a van or anything of non standard headroom. The headroom is exactly 173cm in case you have a smaller type jeep/crossover most of these fit but please measure height. Additional parking can be found locally should you need two parking spaces or have a jeep/Van at a cost of£5.00 per day.
The apartment would be ideally suited to two persons or two couples visiting the city. The apartment is secure and comes with everything you would require for an enjoyable stay whether that be business or pleasure. The apartment has one king size bed one double bed and a fold down bed that can be made up upon request. A selection of up to date take away menu's are in the apartment should you wish a quiet night in relaxing. The apartment has a virgin media package for Tv ( Netflix) BT sports and fast Wi-Fi.
My philosophy is simply for guests to enjoy their stay in my home city. With the property being personally owned and managed it allows a personal touch to be offered as well as a degree of flexibility. The owner will meet you personally at the property and provide details on the property or anything else you wish to know about Glasgow and its vibrant culture.
A small convenience store is positioned within the apartment block. The property has all the basics required to get you started such as tea,coffee, and cereal etc. The owner has personal written a resuartant and city guides for your convenience and is on hand to provide any info you may need.
Over 25's only, ID may be asked for. If your are a stag or hen party or looking for a party place please look elsewhere. If however you are a tourist or business traveller I am sure this apartment will cater for your needs and provide an enjoyable stay. Hi I am Martin the owner of this property. It is personally managed by myself allowing me to make your stay more personal. The property has been well maintained to a high standard. This home offers some stunning views of the Clyde and the south of the city. Its is very spacious modern apartment. It would suite both the business traveller and the travelling holiday maker.

Stunning City centre and views of the River Clyde. Standing in close proximity to both the city centre and west end with the trendy Finnieston strip being only a short walk away. Also is a closeby 20 min walk to Kelvingrove Park and Kelvingrove Art Gallery & Museum. The Glasgow Tour bus stop is very near to this property and the Riverside Museum is easily accessible by bus or short 20 min walk.

We can’t fault anything with our stay, we were met by the owner Martin who couldn’t be anymore helpful and a lovely welcome Gift was very much appreciated. The apartment was everything we hoped it would be, immaculately clean and very spacious with all the mod cons that make it even better than home!!! Thank you for a great stay and we’ll definitely be back!!!
Great place! There is plenty of space. Was there with 2 adults and 2 kids, 12 and 10 years. Reasonable price. Very cozy and nice view. Hope it’s still available if I come back to visit.

High spec apartment in great location!
I booked this apartment as I was attending a conference at the SECC and don't like hotels. The pictures don't do it justice - it is a beautiful apartment with plenty of home comforts - in fact the kitchen is better equipped than my own! It was incredibly clean and each room can also be heated (or not) as required by the guest, so you won't need to be chilly. The beds were fantastic - really comfortable - and again, the bathrooms were nicer than our own! The view out of the lounge window at night is strangely hypnotic for those not accustomed to city life.
I've never stayed in an apartment before, so the only thing I didn't like was the noise of the vents and boiler. I'm told these are quite usual in apartments, so I'm sure if you live in one yourself or go to hotels a lot, you wouldn't find it odd. If you're a light sleeper though, choose the master bedroom - the boiler/vents can't be heard from there. Prior to going I had been concerned about the noise factor in general - would we be able to hear the people around us? The answer was no - once inside the apartment it is wonderfully quiet and we were hardly aware of other dwellers at all! No television noises bleeding through, or upstairs movement disturbing you at night - excellent. The apartment itself is also nice and quiet - if someone is watching television in the lounge, it does not disturb whoever is in the bedrooms. This was a real bonus, as I had early starts each morning.
The apartment is in a brilliant location - only a ten minute walk (and impossible to get lost) from the SECC. It's also within walking distance of Finnieston and there are plenty of taxis for getting further afield in. We didn't bother to use the car at all once we had arrived in the city - taxis and walking were so much easier. The owner is very helpful and we were able to arrive and leave exactly when we wanted. Since we left, he has also installed BT Sports at the apartment, to add to his Virgin Media package and Netflix account - again, it's better than our own home! I thoroughly recommend this apartment and if I'm ever in Glasgow again, it's definitely where I'd stay. It made a busy and stressful trip very much more pleasant and I'm really grateful to the owner for letting us stay. No hesitation in giving the full five stars here!
