Tranquil privileged position yet only 500 metres from the beach, cafes, bars

This is a fabulous refurbished villa consisting of the original villa with an additional upper storey which forms a two bed roomed apartment. In total 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Our villa was featured on A Place in the Sun TV program in Sept 2015. The entire villa sleeps 11 people. The villa gives access to and sole use of the brand new pool, outdoor bar, area roof terraces and hot tub. There is free Wi-Fi. This magnificent villa, enjoys a privileged position with amazing sea and mountain views in the charming and picturesque town of Mojacar playa.

First level

The suburb property is completely refurbished with new appliances. The living accommodation is all on one level. The lounge has comfortable seating, dining table with seating for 6, 58' flat screen TV, wood burning stove and is also air-conditioned.

The kitchen is fitted with all the modern conveniences including a microwave, American style fridge freezer, oven and hob, dishwasher etc. Contemporary open plan design with granite worktops and bar stools. There is an exterior laundry room with a washing machine. From the kitchen you access the outdoor dining area, outdoor bar, bbq and pool area. There is further small front terrace at the front door.

There are three spacious bedrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed, is air-conditioned. There are a further 2 twin rooms each of which have air-conditioning.

The bathrooms are very modern and finished to an excellent standard.

Second level

A contemporary open plan design living, dining room and kitchen with granite worktops and bar stools. The kitchen is fitted with all the modern conveniences including a microwave, fridge freezer, oven and hob, dishwasher etc.

The living area has a 48" flat screen tv, dining table and chairs.

2 bedrooms - a) double bed and one single b) California super king bed with ensuite shower and bath. There is an also an additional shower room

Access to the terrace with outdoor dining table and oversized lounger, with spectacular sea views and access to the roof terrace and hot tub with a 360 degree view of the sea and mountains.

This property is ideally located for holidays as it is in a very peaceful and quiet area yet is only a few minutes’ walk down to the beach, restaurants, cafes, bars etc…

This property also comes with a private parking on the drive and a roof terrace with hot tub (only accessible if you take the entire villa), upper terrace both with amazing sea and mountain views, a first floor terrace giving access to the outdoor bar and swimming pool, a ground floor garden area with lemon, banana and fig tree.

We are confident you will have fantastic vacation and comfortable stay here are is some additional information to help you maximise your stay:Electricity – 300kWh is included in the price per week with additional usage charged at the current rate.

* Children can not swim in the pool alone

* Children should be supervised on the roof terrace and in the hot-tub.

* Never lead crystal glasses by the pool and hot-tub, we have plastic glasses to drink in the pool. If glasses are broken in the pool or hot-tub there is an additional charge for removal of the glass

*Please shower before entering the pool. Guests who consumed alcohol should avoid using the pool, hot tub and upper terraces for safety reasons.

*You cannot smoke inside the house or room, there are ashtrays on porches and outdoor areas.

*The garbage/rubbish is stored in containers that on our street Calle Murillo

*The towels are not beach towels, please use them only for bathing.

*From eleven at night the music should be at a moderate level to 8am.

*Almeria is a dry area, please don't waste water nor electricity , sometimes there are water restrictions. We operate a fair usage policy and excessive use of either water or electricity may incur an additional charge.

* All breakages/damage must be reported and will incur a charge, however we do realize that sometimes accidental damage occurs.

There are NO high rise buildings due to strict conservation laws (Royal Decree) buildings are 2/3 storeys enabling fantastic views and the retention of the authentic character of Spain. So many things to do locally horseback riding, golf, fishing, visits to the national park Cabo de Gato, visits to the cities of Almeria, Granada and Cartegena which boasts many roman ruins. Visits to cave dwellings, fishing ,flamenco, live music and local bodegas. In July and August Mocajar is very lively with many Spanish holiday makers. Wonderful beach bars (chiringuitos) and fresh fish, local markets and tapas bars. The area of La Parata is home to wealthy with a number of famous people residing in this district. The area can accommodate all types of vacationers

We stayed in this accommodation over the New Year holiday period 2018 and we found the location to be extremely convenient for the local bars and restaurants. We spent the New Years Eve in the local Puntazo Hotel and it was fantastic. We found the communication with the owners to be excellent, and extremely helpful in preparing for our trip. The accommodation was lovely and had everything we needed to make our stay extremely enjoyable

We have one large villa accomodating 10 but we can provide trundle beds for 2 children. The price listed is for the entire villa ensuring complete privacy in the outdoor areas and pool. Lovely house, great central location.

Just back from a wonderful two week stay in this lovely property. We took the whole house and were a mixed aged group - teenagers; parents and grandparent. Perfect location within easy walking distance of beach and fab restaurants. Owner was very responsive and sorted out queries quickly - also provided great recommendations for restaurants etc. The only slight 'difficulty' was that the house has a lot of steps (not great for grandparents) and the top floor is completely separate from the bottom floor. Other than that we would highly recommend the house for a wonderful family holiday.

Amazing Villa, perfectly located!!

Stayed with a party of 9 and what an experience. Villa was perfectly balanced with furniture and living space, more than you expect on holiday. Well situated in a quiet area with the beach a short walk away.

Owners very easy to contact if required who also provide info on local establishments and amenities.

Perfect holiday and will most definitely return in the future

Great time!!!

We stayed there with 8 persons. And we had a great time at "Casa Blanca".

The house is really wonderful and we found everything we need.

The contact with the owner was very good. She was very friendly and helpful. We would rent the house again. 😃👍🌞

NO REPETIREMOS

En septiembre de 2017, 11 miembros de mi familia nos trasladamos a Mojácar a pasar una semana de vacaciones. No era la primera vez que alquilábamos casas de veraneo para pasar unos días juntos. En esta ocasión, no tuvimos suerte. La villa está constituida por dos viviendas que conectan por la zona de la piscina. Es un villa bonita pero necesita reformas. Nuestro problema surgió por como nos encontramos la casa a nuestra llegada y sobre todo por como nos trató el servicio que la dueña tiene contratado para su mantenimiento. Llegamos un sábado y para nuestra sorpresa, una de las casa de la villa estaba sucia y en ambas viviendas, las sábanas y toallas amarilleaban. Vamos, eran viejas y mucho mobiliario (el menaje oxidado y roto y escaso, los armarios, los toalleros) estaban rotos u oxidados. Hicimos fotos de todo y contactamos con la dueña que en esos momentos estaba fuera de España. Nos trató de forma amable y nos devolvío dinero por los problemas que encontramos pero el servicio de mantenimiento y limpieza no llegó hasta el día siguiente y parte de la limpieza la tuvimos que hacer nosotros. Cuando llegaron al día siguiente, las dos señoras de la limpieza nos cambiaron sábanas viejas, por sábanas viejas, se dedicaron a pasar el cepillo y nada más y cuando le dijimos que había suciedad incrustada en el suelo se dedicaron a insultarnos en francés pensando que no las entendíamos. Todo esto nos incomodó mucho pero bueno, queríamos disfrutar de la semana juntos y no le dimos más importancia a lo anterior. El problema es que a lo largo de la semana se dieron otros problemas, básicamente basados en el hecho de que los de mantenimiento acudian a la villa sin previo aviso (algo que la dueña no nos había advertido) y según ellos, tampoco tenían que avisar. En fin, alquilas una villa y pierdes la intimidad. Pero aquí no acaba la cosa. Cuando nos fuimos y la dueña regresó a la villa nos acusó de haber roto parte del mobiliario (lo cual le demostramos mediante fotografías que estaban ya rotos) aparte de acusarnos de que la villa fue ocupada por más de 11 personas (claro, vinieron amigos a visitarnos y durante el día eramos más en casa aunque nunca dormimos más de 11) y de indicarnos que habían desaparecido unos cojines¡lo que nos faltaba, que nos acusara de ladrones! Y todo esto, lo hizo por email sin devolvernos las llamadas que durante la semana le habíamos hecho. Bueno, como he dicho, no repetiremos porque la atención y la relacion calidad/precio pésimas.

Unfortunately on this occasion the property management company let us down therefore immediately following your communications we DISMISSED the property management company immediately and we have a new management company. We thank you for keeping us fully informed. We did compensate you immediately with a CASH REFUND and unfortunately your interactions with the cleaners were outside our control. We are very sorry you found the cleaners unhelpful and the management company, but as stated we have changed the company. You are very welcome to stay again in the future at a discounted rate, as we did not wish to inconvenience you in anyway. We pride ourselves on giving quality service and are very happy for you to stay in our property at a reduced rate. Hospitality is extremely important to us. Occasionally items do go missing but we have no idea when these issues occur again we are dependent on the property management company to inform us of these issues. We do hope you will continue to visit the beautiful town of Mojacar which we adore as our association with the town began in 1982. Our villa was chosen and featured by the UK TV Program A Place in the Sun, which is shown frequently on TV in the UK. Please accept our profound apologies.
