Small Provençal and traditional house in garden with trees, large covered terrace, interior fully renovated in 2010 (painting, kitchen amenities and appliances) very well kept. Includes separate kitchen, lounge, hall, 2 bedrooms, shower room with walk-in shower, Separate WC. Nice decoration, New pieces of furniture or in perfect conditions, fully equipped, garden furniture, peaceful area, 300m from beach and harbour. Small sea view.

Please take note: Ground level house in garden.

Tourist attractions: nearby the beach, restaurants and shops, yet the villa is very quiet, perfect for relaxing and resting. Ideal starting point for walks in the hinterlands. Whether by foot, by car or with a bicycle, it is easy to 'escape': scenic villages over the hill, with its secret streets, its shaded restaurants in greenery areas - Monastery hidden in the middle of an oak, cork or chestnut trees wood - A charming side of Provence rather unknown.

The coastal path offering amazing views of the rocky coasts with white sand beaches.

Hyères Island, to discover with a shuttle leaving from the Lavandou: le Levant and its naturist village, Port Cros and its little harbour at the end of the bay, surrounded by palm trees, Porquerolles, to visit on a bicycle ride, with its large beaches and its eucalyptus forest,

Equipments: Bedroom 1 has 1 double bed (140x190), 1 side table, 1 chest of drawers, 1 large closet, 1 window overlooking the garden.

Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (90 x 190), storage unit, closet.

Bed linen very clean and in good conditions, with pillows and duvets. Mattress protector and the under pillow cases provided.

Rates: Rates are indicated for a maximum of 4 persons.

Rates are indicated per week. Digressive rates from 2 weeks renting.

Booking will be confirmed upon reception of deposit, which is 20% of the total amount. Balance is due upon arrival.

We do not have a final cleaning service. We expect our guests to leave the house clean and tidy, in the same conditions we left it for them. Any problem or damage shall be reported within the first hours of occupation.

We reserve the right to ask for an extra cost for the cleaning in case the house is not left in clean conditions.

The security deposit will cover any damage caused by the tenant. It will be returned to him at the end of the stay if there are none.

Great location, lovely house

We've had the pleasure to stay in Villa Passerine for two weeks with our two children (2 and 5 years old). The house was great. It is spacious, clean and comfortable. Also the garden is very private. The shops and the beach are at walking distance - even for our 5 year old. There are several smaller supermarkets in La Faviere or hypermarche's within 30min. driving distance. The village up on the hill, Bormes-les-Mimosas, is picturesque. The congierge was very friendly and helpful and could always be contacted. We definitely recommend Villa Passerine!

Location tout à fait conforme au descriptif et très bien équipée. Très bon accueil par Nicole et le propriétaire qui sont adorables. Très bien située pour découvrir la région.

Géniale

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette location " comme à la maison " . Tout y est , du grill pain à la machine à laver . Endroit au calme tout en étant proche des commodités, du port et de la plage . Vous avez des jeunes enfants, sachez que les routes grimpent donc les trottoirs aussi !!! Poussette conseillée .

Deux semaines parfaites à "La Passerine" été 2015

Villa spacieuse très propre, bien équipée et calme correspondant exactement à la description faite sur le site. Proche des magasins et d'une plage idéale pour la baignade. Belle terrasse très agréable. Propriétaires très sympathiques. Espérons bien y retrouner.

Une maison fonctionnelle et agréable

La maison correspond totalement aux photos. L'environnement est calme, la terrasse très agréable (pendant deux semaines, nous avons pris tous les repas à l'extérieur), la maison est propre et bien équipée. Elle est très bien située (proche de la plage et des commerces) et il est facile de se garer dans la rue juste en dessous. Nous avons été fort bien accueillis par Nicole et par le propriétaire, soucieux du confort des locataires et prodiguant de bonnes idées de visites. Bref, une location idéale pour des vacances à la fois reposantes et dynamiques (beaucoup d'animations proposées dans le quartier de la Favière).
