Located in the San Jose IV residencia of La Zenia resort, this fabulous villa provides two living levels. It is spacious, bright and furnished to a perfectly lovely standard and provides all the requirements needed to ensure you enjoy a wonderful relaxing holiday.

Entrance level introduces a bright and open plan lounge with comfortable seating, dining table and chairs and a splendid pine fitted kitchen with breakfast bar.

This level also offers double bedroom with shower en-suite and television, twin bedroom and family bathroom.

A wide spiral pine stairway with handrail gives access to the lower level with 2nd lounge, two double bedrooms, single bedroom and shower room. There is also a utility area on this level.

The utility area houses the washing machine, a tumble drier, a 2nd fridge freezer and a Spanish wash sink.

The spacious exterior grounds adorns the kidney shaped pool with Roman steps which allow you to wade in easily.

Sun loungers are provided on the pool terrace for you to enjoy basking in the warm sunshine, perhaps whilst sipping a long ice cool cocktail and there is a poolside shower if you prefer to use this to cool down.

Enjoy dining 'al fresco' at either the ornate table and bench set placed on the front sun terrace, or around the table and chairs placed at the rear of the villa.

Enjoy relaxing of a morning or evening on the comfortable seating on the villa entrance balcony. This area offers shade.

The villa is provided with a satellite tv system showing all mainstream and many other channels to ensure you can still catch up with your favourite programs. There is a tv in both lounges and the double upper level bedroom.

Wifi is provided free should you wish to keep in touch with friends or work.

Air conditioning is installed in the lounge and both entrance level bedrooms. The downstairs area is below ground level and therefore fairly cool, however floor fans are provided if required.

A safe is also provided to enable you to secure your valuables.

In addition to the villa pool the complex itself provides a fabulous and gated communal pool with toddler area. The pool is surrounded with grass and parasols are provided. You will be provided with an access key at the villa should you wish to use the pool. Often this is a great place to meet other families on holiday and enjoy new friendships.

Set in a great and peaceful location and walking distance to many local amenities makes this villa an ideal holiday home.

The villa is also available to rent on a longer term monthly basis during the winter months. If interested please enquire.

Lovely Family Villa

There were 6 adults and 3 children staying in this lovely villa. The villa was very clean and well appointed. We all enjoyed using the private pool, and the separate communal pool. Villa was 5 minutes walk from shops and restaurants. Georgina looked after us very well and was on hand to answer any questions. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the downstairs bedrooms had fans not air conditioning. This however did not spoil our holiday, we had a great time

The five resorts along the beautiful stretch of the Orihuela Costa boasts Punta Prima, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig and Campoamor. La Zenia itself is in the heart between the popular Playa Flamenca and the vibrant Cabo Roig and provides very easy access to the both the AP7 (Autopista) motorway and the N332 coastal road.

With much to offer, La Zenia is a popular resort and only 10 minutes walk to the three beaches which all provide good facilities. The village itself offers bars, restaurants, shops, a choice of 4 large supermarkets, banks, bars and restaurants and an abundance of entertainment.

Only a few short minutes walking distance between the Saturday street market and the AP7 Junction is the Zenia Boulevard shopping centre with over 5000 car park spaces, over 150 shops including Zara, Guess, Primichi, Amichi, Blanco, Primark, Mundomar, H&M, Cortefiel, C&A, Druni, Decathalon, Leroy Merlin and Al Campo hypermarket just to name a few. For entertainment value there is a large play area for children, a bowling alley and casino. On the forecourt the grand tv screen is often showing sports, children's interactive games and music videos. There are many restaurants, cafes and bars to enjoy a snack, lunch, dinner or an evening out whilst enjoying the live entertainment provided on the plaza. The centre itself is a pleasure to walk around if only for window shopping (if possible), a bite to eat or a refreshing drink. A good night out is guaranteed during the months of July and August as the centre is open until 1am.

Other local activities are football, bowling, 10-pin bowling, go-karting, scuba diving, tennis and cinema.

Beaches: There are many beautiful beaches along the Orihuela Costa, the majority having been awarded the blue flag in recognition of safety and cleanliness. The villa is just a short walking distance to the fabulous beaches of La Zenia. The beaches of Cabo Roig, Campoamor, Cala Capitan and several others are just a little further along the coastline.

The main town of Torrevieja, once a fishing port, has many lovely restaurants and coffee bars, fabulous marina, promenade, shopping centre, water park and much more and is only a 15 minute drive away. Every evening during the high and mid seasons you will find an abundance of small market stalls providing local craft along the front.

Should you wish to venture further afield then drive south along beautiful Mar Menor coastline which stretches from San Pedro to La Manga. Alternatively heading north towards Alicante you will find the very attractive sandy beaches of Guardamar and La Marina and other resorts definitely worth a visit.

Airlines: including Monarch/Rynair/Easyjet/Jet2/British Airways offering scheduled flights from Stansted, Gatwick, Luton, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Prestwick, Belfast. Dublin, Cork and many other major European airports.

Airports: There are two main airports serving the Costa Blanca area and these are Alicante, which is just a 45 minute drive to the property and just 20 minutes drive away is the smaller Murcia (San Javier) airport.

Transfers: Airport transfers to and from both these airports can be provided, prices on request.

Golf: Just a short drive from the property are the superb golf courses of Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor and now, within a 20 minutes drive there are a further 8 golf courses for your enjoyment.

To secure a booking, a non refundable deposit of 30% of the total rental cost is payable within 3 days of confirmation of a wish to progress to book. Payable either via bank deposit or International Banking (IBan) to owner's account.
Receipts, T&Cs and directions will be emailed to you on receipt of deposit. Final balance is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival date.
