Casa Cabula is in a land of 2.500 sq. m. surrounded by fruit trees, between Allende Street and the Temo river. It’s an independent house, but it’s only 500 yd away from the historical center. The access from Allende Street is characterized by a tree-lined avenue leading to a large square with private parking for more cars.
The house has 2 residential units connected to each other with the possibility of making them independent closing an internal door.
The largest living unit has a kitchen with living room, bathroom and 3 double bedrooms.
The smaller unit has a double bedroom, bathroom and a kitchen.
The large outdoor patio, 200 sqm, is covered and is common to both units. It faces Temo river and guarantees total privacy. The barbeque and the sink allow you to cook outdoors. The tables create a cozy convivial area and the sun loungers create a relax area.
At 20 m you will find the pier on the river, an ideal place to read, write, practise yoga, take an aperitif…
The guests have available two canoes for river trips and two bicycles.
