Great Value - Great Location
My husband and I stayed during January and February. This apartment is great value in a great location. The building is clean and well maintained, and the apartment was well equipped and comfortable. It had everything we required.
Check in/out was prompt and easy. Sue sent an associate to meet us at a confirmed time because we didn’t travel with a mobile.
WIFI in the apartment was fast. We brought our own chrome cast device to watch Netflix etc. from our laptop. Communicating with Sue was easy - she was always available via email or mobile if we required.
The apartment was in a great location. Groceries, restaurants and bars as well as shopping and museums were all close; about 10-15 minutes on foot. Train Station approx. 30 mins on foot. However, the bus stops are all close at hand if you didn’t feel like walking. Thank you Sue!
Lovely apartment, well-appointed and ideally situated
My second stay in this lovely and comfortable apartment in the heart of Málaga city - it’s home from home, and very well located. The owner’s effeciency and communications are great, and there is plenty of information provided to help - maps, leaflets, local shops info etc.
Málaga’s historic centre has a magical mix of waterside contemporary chic, grand architecture, bustling markets, sub-tropical gardens, and friendly eateries - you can really make the most of your stay here. There’s everything from the ancient Roman theatre and Moorish Alcazaba fortress to the pristine Picasso Museum or the sleek superyachts in the harbour, the beautiful beach and promenade - they are all an easy stroll from this apartment. Great wifi too!
Málaga is entrancing, watching the world go by is pure joy. Bliss time (for me) is early evening - distant church bells and watching the swifts at sunset wheeling round the square from your balcony.
Ah, and when the jacarandas are in bloom in the Plaza de la Mercéd... all’s well with the world. Enjoy!
I’m so glad you enjoyed your time in Malaga once again & you will be welcome back anytime avoiding Cornish winters
Keep in touch
Quaint, good value.
Centrally located. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are a must. Everything you need for a lovely stay in beautiful Malaga.
Lovely apartment, well appointed, central location
Marvellous, central, well appointed and comfortable apartment, great wifi (37Mbps), lively location.
Convenient for everything - the Old Town, beaches, museums, art galleries, markets, shops, eateries etc. Excellent folder provided by owner of helpful sightseeing info, maps, leaflets, transport info - I felt immediately at home and well orientated. Very, very good communications with owner throughout the stay, flawless check-in and check-out.
My first stay in Málaga city - its culture and beautiful Baroque architecture are a joy!
Thank you Shauna I'm delighted that you enjoyed your stay, & I hope alls well with you?
A delightful apartment Spacious well laid out and close to all amenities
I stayed there from 4th January to 4th April to avoid the U.K.winter The apartment was not far from Plaza de Merced with lots of bars and restaurants Only a short walk to the supermarket with a bakery and smaller shops even closer The centre of Malaga and the port are just a short distance away Maybe 10 or 15 minutes walk Very convenient for all the joys of a major city without any of the drawbacks The apartment is well maintaned and furnished to a high standard Malga is an ideal city to stay and explore the Costa del Sol with excellent train and buses to get around
Location, Location, Location
This apt. is ideally located --within 4 minutes' walk of Plaza de la Merced, where there is the excellent language school, Instituto Picasso, where I studied for three weeks in Dec. 2016. Apt. is near Malaga university, but in a quiet neighborhood, only 2 minutes' walk from the Teatro Cervantes, 1 minute walk from a good bakery, and within 10 min. walk to the historic center of Malaga and sightseeing, and a few minutes more to the marina area. Everything in this corner apt. was clean, and well maintained, with ample linens, and kitchen appliances, an electric stove, washing machine, etc., as advertised. The owner met me upon arrival, and was extremely helpful. Safety was provided by a locked entry gate to the building. There are steps leading to the apt. complex (a modern group of buildings), but an elevator is within the apt. building itself. A rooftop terrace offers opportunity for private relaxing in the sun, and for clothes drying. Overall, the apt. is private, bright, with good storage, reading lights (rare in rental apartments), and a comfortable bed. This is a true bargain--near everything within a short walk (restaurants, cafes, tapas bars, a movie theater, shopping), with enough space for a long-term stay, and ideal for those studying at Instituto Picasso. Wi-Fi was fast and strong, the best I have encountered in Europe. The apt. overlooked a pleasant plaza. I extend a sincere thank-you to the owner, and best wishes for the New Year.
Thank youJo Edda for taking the time to write such a lovely review.
I do hope you had a good trip home & all the very best for 2017
