A beautifully presented two bedroom semi detached house fully furnished to a high standard of comfort for short-term or long-term holiday lets for up to 4/5 guests.

Peel, also known as Sun-set City is just about, if not, on the the most beautiful and tranquil places you will enjoy when exploring and discovering many of the varied points of interest our beautiful Island has to offer. Peel is also an excellent base-point from where you can start your adventure whilst being only minutes from facilities such as the main supermarket, swimming-pool, pubs, restaurants & shops. Being located on the west coast, you are also close to the beach, harbour and of course Peel Castle.

If you are wanting to take advantage of a Tour Guide during your visit for certain activities and adventures, please ask and we shall point you in the right direction.

Being the Isle of Man, Motorsports (motorcyclists & car enthusiasts), Cycling, Sailing, Fishing, Diving, Golfers, Walking Groups and Train enthusiasts are more than welcome so don't delay and secure your special event dates now to start planning your your adventure weather it be land, sea, or even under the sea where a totally new Kingdom can be explored.. You could also just relax and enjoy great company and wonderful bars and restaurants.

This property is presented with fitted carpets & oak effect laminate flooring in the living areas, vinyl floor coverings in the kitchen and bathroom and decorated with modern colour schemes. This property also benefits from a fully equipped kitchen comprising of all white goods such as a washer, dryer' fridge freezer and fully integrated hob & oven. This property has a double width driveway with a further allocated parking bay in view of the property. Front garden laid to lawn. The rear of the property comprises of a good sized patio area with fenced & gated lawned garden

Sebbies house is a nearly new Semi on a new development on the edge of town and within walking distance of a very good pub / restaurant (Highwayman) and the town of Peel which has plenty of places of interest as well as the Seafront / Harbour Marina.

Lovely, relaxing holiday getaway

Sebbie's House is beautifully decorated and a lot of thought has been put into making it comfortable and appealing. It is well-equipped and is located in a lovely, quiet residential area only a 15 minute walk from Peel beach and town centre. The garden area was an added bonus for sitting out in the lovely weather and the neighbours were friendly. Brendan, our host, was very helpful and friendly and responded promptly to any queries before and during our stay. The online booking process with HomeAway was also straightforward.

Sebbie's House is the perfect base for exploring the Isle of Man and a lovely home to come back to and relax in after a day out.

Please note that high demand event dates such as the TT & MGP Motorcycle Practice and Race week periods are released each year but will be based closely to the previous year should you wish to make enquiries to pre-book such dates.
