About the property

2 Bedrooms, 1 family bathroom, 1 toilet, sleeps 4. Wifi offered.

The house is situated within a secure and very well maintained and popular urbanization with fabulous communal swimming.

Built on two levels with good sized sun terrace, driveway and balcony the house ideally sits on only a few metres away from the communal pool.

The main entry presents an open plan lounge/dining/kitchen room, with comfortable seating, table and 4 chairs. A covered utility area is provided to the rear. A cloakroom with washbasin is also provided on this level.

Both bedrooms and family bathroom are on the upper level. The master bedroom has private balcony and is placed to the front of the house. Double fitted wardrobes and good drawer storage is provided. The twin bedroom is placed to the rear and provides free standing wardrobe with drawer storage.

The kitchen is compact, well equipped and provides fridge freezer, oven and hob. The washing machine, drying area and ironing facilities are provided in the covered utility area.

The family bathroom upstairs provides shower enclosure and vanity basin with good storage space.

For your comfort the house is fitted with air conditioning throughout and for entertainment an English tv system and cd player, which will also play cds, are provided in the main lounge. Wifi is also offered.

The shaded entrance balcony provides table and four chairs. So that you may relax and sunbathe, sun loungers are provided on the large sun terrace which also boasts an ornate stone table and bench set, ideal for dining 'al fresco'.

Perfectly maintained and only a few metres from the house is the swimming pool with child area. Surrounded by grass, specimen plants and trees providing shaded areas, this is an ideal area for sunbathing and meeting other holidaymakers. There is always a lovely atmosphere here, making it an ideal holiday home for families, couples and friends.

Fantastic, would highly reccommend

Property was perfect, trip made very easy by Georgina and Kevin. Both were extremely helpful and went out of the way to make things go smoothly. Villa was lovely and clean, very close to pool with a lovely outside area. The pool area was perfect with a mix of shallow and deep areas making it great for the kids. Everything you could need was close by and walking distant for anyone able bodied. All in all a fantastic week and would not hesitate to book again.

Excellent property in good location

Had a wonderful relaxing holiday at this villa. Property is in a gated complex with lovely swimming pool area ideal for the younger families, but only a 10 minute walk away from la zenia where there are plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from.probably need to hire a car if you are wanting to go to all the beautiful beaches that are close by.

Georgina (property manager) was there to explain everything that was required to know when we got there and was readily available if we needed her for anything, thanks for a lovely stay,will be looking to re book again in the near future

par contre concernant la location, comme dans beaucoup de locations, manque de vaisselles ( saladier , poelle , table à repasser)

par contre concernant l'internet il serait bien de preciser que celle ci reste à nos frais des notre arrivéé (15 euros la semaine) mais par contre fonctionne parfaitement

Orihuela Costa provides a vibrant nightlife with many entertainers working along the coastal resorts with its wide range of pubs and restaurants to meet all tastes. There are many local beach resorts along the Orihuela coast and most have been awarded the blue flag in recognition of high quality. Within walking distance are several beaches, the nearest 3 being La Zenia.

The property is ideally situated between the resorts of La Zenia and Cabo Roig.

La Zenia itself is in the heart of the Orihuela Costa with easy access to the AP7 motorway and the N332 coastal road. There is an array of large supermarkets, banks, shops, bazaars, restaurants and café bars (many providing great live entertainment).

Approximately a walking distance of 20 minutes from the property, between the Saturday street market and the AP7 Junction is the new Zenia Boulevard Centro Comercial with 5000 car park spaces, over 150 shops including Zara, Guess, Blanco, Primark, H&M, Cortefiel, C&A, Druni, Decathalon, Leroy Merlin, AlCampo supermarket and for entertainment value there is a children´s large play area, casino, a bowling alley, an enormous tv screen showing football and other sports and there is live entertainment provided on the stage overlooked by the foodcourt. The centre itself is a pleasure to walk around if only for a browse or window shopping (if possible), a bite to eat, a glass of wine, beer or a coffee. You will not be disappointed.

The main town of Torrevieja with fabulous marina, promenade, Habaneras shopping centre and water park is a 15 minute drive away and every evening during the high and low seasons you will find an abundance of small market stalls providing local crafts along the front.

The beaches of La Zenia with good amenities including sunbeds, parasols, beach bar (serviced), toilets and free wifi, is approx 20 mins walking distance.

The ´strip´of Cabo Roig, which provides a vibrant nightlife with many cafes, bars and restaurants providing family entertainment is also a walking distance of approx 10 minutes.
