A stunning two bedroom apartment situated just a few minutes walk into St Ives town centre and beaches.

Located in an elevated position with breath taking sea views of the entire bay up to Godrevy light house.

With hassle free parking, a very large secluded communal garden and terrace this would make the ideal family or couples getaway.

The apartment has had a full refurbishment with a light and airy feel, oak floors, luxurious furnishings and all the mod cons, with a beautiful window seat that you will struggle to leave.

Sleeps 4 people in two bedrooms.

Wi-fi included.

Gas central heating.

Short-breaks available.

2019 bookings are weekly Friday to Friday during peak periods.

At other times bookings are for 3 a night weekend Friday-Monday / 4 night mid-week Monday-Friday.

We have loved St Ives ever since holidaying here many years ago. After living/working in Birmingham and London we eventually managed to fulfil our dream and make the move to Cornwall. We now live in St Ives, and absolutely love it!

St Ives is a very special town and the views of St Ives Bay and town from Number Seven are outstanding.

The apartment is light and fresh and furnished to a high standard, ideal to escape to after a hard day on the beach!

Vital for St Ives the apartment has it's very own parking space. Restaurants, bars, shops, galleries and leisure centre are all within a few minutes walk, so no need to move the car!

The added bonus is the large communal garden, ideal for a lounge in the sun or for games with the kids.

Fantastic stay - great apartment

We had a most enjoyable stay at Number Seven.

The apartment is furnished to a very high standard, beautifully decorated and maintained impeccably. Everything was in working order and the instruction "Manual" was easy to follow and provided great information.

Its proximity to the center of St Ives and all the far "west" attractions made our holiday really eventful and memorable. Oh, bonus of an allocated parking space was really useful.

I would definitely recommend this apartment as home away from home in St Ives.

Modern, comfortable apartment with good facilities

This 2 bedroom apartment is set back from the centre of St Ives which means it is quieter with a great view, however it is a really steep climb back up the hill from the beaches. The apartment is ideal for a family of 4 with 2 children sharing bunk beds. Our group consisted of 4 adults and therefore we found the living area a bit small for our needs, however the weather was good so it didn't affect us too much as we were outside the majority of the time. The apartment is very well-equipped and we really liked the contemporary design and decor. We appreciated the welcome pack of milk, biscuits and a bottle of wine!

Like much of St Ives, there is a hill up to Number Seven. But the benefits of being slightly elevated are the views over the bay, having that bit more space and light and of course the all important parking space! Alan

Perfection at the top of a hill!

The place was spotless! You would think we were the first people to stay if it wasn't for the visitors book.

The view from the living room window is unbelievable! It was lovely to look at at the end of some very tiring days.

The apartment has everything you can think of. Spare beach gear, board games, books, dvds and more!

The beds are sooo comfortable! Our daughter slept like a log in her bunk bed.

Shower is great, with a lovely bath.

The apartment could do with a new sofa and some clothes storage in the second bedroom, but we were so at home in such a lovely place. We did get a little confused by the map and directions, so it may be worth looking at those too. Thank you for an amazing stay. We will be back when our children are old enough to climb the hill from St Ives on their own 😉 The parking was a massive bonus though!

Lovely little gem in St Ives!

Fabulous apartment. Has everything you could ask for! Beautifully kitted out in modern furnishings. Lovely views and close to the town. It even has parking. A rare commodity in St Ives! All u could ask for. Thank you for a lovely stay. We look forward to our next visit!
