3 bedroom ground floor villa in a beautiful green area of 4 acres with many species of trees and plants, besides to a beautiful sandy beach.
The villa has a patio, BBQ and private parking. Available canoe.
The villa consists of three bedrooms with double bed, fully equipped spacious kitchen-dining-living room with sofa bed, TV, washing machine, air condition, WC / SH, porches overlooking the garden and sea. Free Wi Fi.

LEFKIMMI (40 km from Corfu Town) is a beautiful small town to south-east of the island. It
was built, perhaps, in 1500 a.c., but the historical roots reach up to 4o B.C. century.
It still keeps up, in a great deal, the style and color of the previous centuries.
The small navigable river, the plains and forests which surround it, as well as the golden beaches, are some of its characteristics.
To the south of LEFKIMMI we meet the resorts of AGHIOS PETROS (3km) and KAVOS (5 km).
To the west we meet the picturesque CHORIA and to the north, PERIVOLI, VITALADES, ARGYRADES, BUKARI, PETRITI etc.

A great place for a family

The house is small inside, but the garden is perfect for sitting out, with lots of space for young children to roam and play. The beach is right there in front of the house, and our teenager was delighted to have a kayak to use any time he wanted. For a peaceful place that will keep children happy, I highly recommend this house.

Lovely place well situated

Stayed here 6 nights July/august and as a family were really happy to have chosen so well. A lovely villa, well maintained in a well kept garden. We had everything we needed. Beach just across the quiet road, great view across to Greece / Albania, good beach bar just up the road, easy reach of other beaches. BBQ almost every evening, 3 supermarkets in easy driving distance, 5-10mins. Quiet, non touristy setting. Owners / manager very helpful and available if needed. No problems recommending this villa and will gladly go back.

An excellent place to re-charge your batteries

This is a great house, spotlessly clean with spacious bedrooms with a large garden and orchard. The outdoor shower was fantastic (a godsend with two tall grownup sons), as was the barbeque and hammocks. The kayak was great fun to use and great exercise! The owners dropped off a bag of home grown produce on our first day which was very kind of them. It was exceptionally good to be so close to the sea which is shallow enough to be really safe for children but you don’t have to go too far out to swim, but apart from a beach bar close by open during the day, there is absolutely nothing else there, so you will need a car or scooters. The views of the bay are incredible – the light, the colours of the sky and sea and the mountains of the mainland were constantly changing and more than once were spectacularly beautiful, especially at the end of the day. The nearby port was noisy on 3 of our 7 nights, but ear-plugs solved that (and to be fair it was only me who heard this). The only thing that would have made it perfect for our family would have been twin beds in one of the rooms, but sharing wasn’t an issue for a few days.

A property where you go down the drive across the very quite road and into the sea.

We (two adults and two grown up children in twenties) stayed for five nights, four whole days and really enjoyed it. We had varied weather (it was the first week of October) from bright and sunny to forked lightening across the mountains of the incredible of the mainland you had from the beach. We took a boat trip from the ferry port, which was a short walk down the road, to the blue lagoon on the mainland. The beach was sandy and gently sloping the water still warm for the first two weeks in October that we were on the island. There was plenty of wild life to discover in and out of the sea from tiny hermit crabs, to sea urchins on the rocks and geckoes out at night on the walls of the property. The canal that runs through Lefkimmi is worth a visit.

Wonderful place for a relaxing break

What a lovely property, with the beach right in front, we were a family of 8, aged from 10 to 70 and all had a lovely time. A beach bar close by but apart from a jump in the car you are solitary, only 10 minutes for the nightlife of Kavos. Even in the summer holidays, somedays we had the beach to ourselves! The sea like a pond and so kid friendly. We have all returned home so completely relaxed and refreshed. This is a superb haven if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle from everyday life .. Definitely would recommend !!
