The unit (second story with a private entrance) has central heating and air conditioning, full kitchen, bathroom (shower and tub), and bedroom, with full use of a private swimming pool. It is convenient walking distance to the Clematis Street Entertainment District (with boutiques, nightclubs, live music, restaurants, antique shops and historical landmarks), named among the 2014 Great Places in America by the American Association of Planners. Great Place to stay in West Palm Beach!

I have stayed in several places in West Palm Beach and this is definitely the best. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and has everything you might need. The hosts are attentive, responsive (and even got new dishes for the apartment when I suggested an upgrade). I liked the location - on the intercoastal in a quiet neighborhood, but close to downtown. I made the ten to fifteen minute walk into town practically every day. I didn't use the private pool, but is available just steps from the apartment.

Perfect vacation in WPB

We had the chance to spend a wonderful vacation during the whole month of March in a beautiful apartment in West Palm Beach. This was largely due to the kindness of our hosts, Terry and Steven, who did everything to make our stay enjoyable. They were very responsive to any need that we may have expressed. Also, they sent us on a regular basis information concerning upcoming events in WPB. Regarding the apartment, in a word, it is perfect, full of light with windows circling all the walls. The air conditioning is very efficient and the guests can enjoy a large swimming pool in the middle of a wooded environment. It is located within walking distance of Clematis Street and the Tourism Bureau and close to many activities and restaurants in dowtown WPB. To sum it up, we could not have found a better place for our vacation so much so that we have already reserved the apartment for next year.

" A Room With A View"

The two requirements for my summer stay in West Palm Beach were a close proximity to North or South

Flagler Drive and an air-conditioning system that really worked! The Providencia Park rental

fit all my requirements and more. The apt. was both extremely quiet and private with convenient

street parking. Both Steven and Terry were the perfect hosts, the lovely street and neighborhood

was safe and so close to all the best of what West Palm and Palm Beach has to offer.

Steven's wit and humor alone was worth the stay!

In a word "Beautiful"!

First and foremost Steven and Terry are perfect landlords. If you have any questions or concerns they are there to help. Steven sends a weekly calendar of events { via e-mail} that are happening in the City Place area. We really enjoyed the concerts. The bands were excellent and you can't beat" free". There are great places to eat and always plenty to do. Movies, shopping, theatre and plays are close by.

The apartment is perfect for a couple. It has everything you will need to make it home while your there. We are an older couple and the upscale private, safe location was very important to us. The pool and the rounds are just beautiful and very well maintained as is the home. If a perfect location and a well maintained clean place to stay is what your looking for....look no further.

We are looking forward to going back next year, Stephen and Nancy

It is a well kept property

I liked the owners . They are accommodating. The location is great.

Walking on Flagler Drive, to the library &

to the post office and into town is wonderful. I discovered the Palm Beach

Malls too for great shopping.

Perfect for extended stays

My husband and I stayed for 5 weeks. It was great to have a home away from home with all of the necessities. The amenities were everything we needed, including a full kitchen, washer/dryer and Internet/cable. We did have some issues with the Internet being spotty but overall it worked well. Having the private pool available is perfect to cool off in after a long day in the Florida humidity!

The owners were helpful, friendly and kind...great to have in an unfamiliar place, but they also let us have our privacy. Overall a really nice property!
