3 bedroom, 2 bath private loft with panoramic views of Downtown & secure parking

This spacious private loft offers three bedrooms, two baths, laundry room, kitchen with modern appliances, plenty of space to enjoy, a private balcony, and secure garage parking in the heart of Downtown Denver's Historic Ballpark District.

Guests will be greeted in person when you arrive to make introductions, give a quick tour, answer any questions you may have, and to provide door codes and keys.

There is a bus stop 1/2 block away on 22nd Street.

Secure garage parking is available for guests with a vehicle at no additional cost. Garage is able to accommodate car and mid sized SUVs.

Street Parking is $1 per hour (2 hour limit), free on Sundays and Holidays.

This unit is on the second floor and does not have elevator access. This unit is not handicap accessible.

If your intentions are to attend a Rockies game, this is the place. The property is large for a condo. There are 3 ample sized bedrooms, and 2 full baths. The kitchen and baths are fully equipped. The kitchen and living area are open providing a large area for people to congregate.The quality throughout the unit is top notch. Everything you may want is within 3-4 blocks, and that includes the ball park. There is a liquor story and mini market right around the corner. There are a number of bars, restaurants, and dispensaries, on the same block (check out Herbs great dive bar with live music). A car is not necessary and probably an impediment.

Stop Searching: THIS is the place!

Great place, great location, excellent owner. We had a group of 8 adults for a baseball weekend and we had a blast! highly recommend for anyone doing a group trip to Denver.

Great location & Very Comfortable!

We stayed here over New Years and had a great time! We lucked out and were able to park directly out front of the entrance door, ran upstairs and grabbed the key to the garage in the back alley. It was a big perk to have a garage for off-street parking as it's a busy location right downtown. Pulling into the garage was a tight fit, but I have a full-size SUV and we fit just fine, but snug. There are two dispensaries located below the loft which made for great people watching as there's a constant flow of traffic below. We loved having the pool table as we had a 17 year old with us and always felt entertained...and when we weren't playing pool he was playing the video game console that was in the home. The master suite is very spacious and the bed was super comfortable. The master bathroom is large as well and the shower was fine. There are full body jets and a waterfall feature that my husband tried to use unsuccessfully. It may have been because he didn't know how to work it, but the shower was fine and there was a dispenser with shampoo, conditioner and body wash if you happen to have forgotten yours. It was nice having another king bed in the rear bedroom and the front bedroom is the one with bunkbeds (queen on bottom and smaller bed on top). There were clean towels in the dryer which we used and we had everything we needed in the kitchen, though we didn't cook any meals there during our stay. Getting around was very easy...we either walked or took Uber and never had any issues getting where we wanted to go. I highly recommend this for a fun place to stay in Denver! We hope to stay here again!
