Our second visit!

This is our second year to stay at this property; we enjoyed the house and neighborhood so much, we came back! The house is clean, the kitchen is well stocked for meal preparation, everything is convenient, like a home away from home. The dark photos on line do not reflect this light-filled home and tasteful decor. The backyard is great for barbecues, afternoon naps, putting, and tai chi practice. John & Susie are very responsive to any questions or issues (a child's paintbrush which stymied the dishwasher!) so no worries there. We would recommend especially for families to enjoy.

Old folks party down!

This property met all our needs. Good location near freeway, safe neighborhood for walks and garage sales. Photos do not do property justice; very elegant and homey and well loved. We had a bbq gathering for a college golf team; appetizers outdoors; movies and test-taking upstairs; the house is that large! Yard very lovely for naps, reading, putting. Host was waiting to greet us upon our arrival and responded quickly to messages. Hope to return next year! Thanks John and Susie for your kindness and hospitality.

Comfortable. Accessible. Clean.

I don't think that we could have asked for more. John, the host, was responsive and helpful. You could tell that he cared a great deal about both the stay of our guests and the property itself. I don't think there was anything that we could have needed or wanted that was not included with this rental, and we were there for nearly a month. I would HIGHLY recommend it.

John and Susie are retired and share time between Utah and Phoenix. We rent out our home to vacationers during the times we are not in town. We have family in both states and enjoy living near them when the weather is to our liking.

Why they chose this property

This home is in a quiet suburb in NW Phoenix, convenient to shopping, freeways, restaurants and outdoor fun is close by. Golf, Hiking, dirt biking, off roading and water skiing.

What makes this property unique

This home has a built in BBQ in a private backyard where we love to entertain and cook for friends and guests. We think you will too. (Don't be fooled by swimming pools. They are too cold in the winter to use.)
