About the property

We offer a fully furnished two bedroom, two bath condo with a lanai that looks out onto the property. We are new owners that have replaced most of the furniture in the unit. We have updated the kitchen, bathroom, and freshly painted the entire unit. The master bedroom offers a king size bed with a 40' television for your viewing pleasure. The master has easy access to the lanai which is great for morning coffees, reading, cocktails, and dining. The kitchen received all new counter tops, back splash, drywall, and paint. Guest quarters include all new furniture, bedding, bathroom vanity, and paint. A 40' television is provided for our guests' viewing pleasure. In the main living quarters we purchased a new 55' television for our guest's entertainment. The entire unit is open, clean, and very comfortable. Perhaps our favorite part is the first floor convenience for easy access to transport groceries, zip in and out for snacks & drinks, put the kids down for naps, or trips to the beach.

Very Nice

Very nice condo, BUT....it appeared master bedroom sheets had not been changed. there was a dirty towel hanging in the bathroom, there was mold around the tub in the main bathroom along with mold on the shower curtain. The ice maker wasn't working, so we had to buy ice. The TV in the master bedroom didn't work and because it was the weekend, we waited till Monday to get it fixed. On the good side: a/c worked well, housekeeping brought clean sheets right away, TV person came within 30 min of being called. The unit was nicely decorated and otherwise clean. We had stayed in this unit before, and updates had been made since last time. Owners have been very nice. A little pricey, but worth it if you can swing it. Pools are clean and well maintained. Would stay here again.

As you are aware, from staying at our unit in previous years, our complex acts more like a resort, with on-site maintenance and housekeeping available to the guests. We are committed to keeping our unit updated and rely on the condominium complex's staff to keep it clean, in between our visits to our unit. We have been in contact with housekeeping and the conditions you have brought up are unacceptable and have been addressed. We appreciate you noticing the updates since last year: new bathroom vanity, lighting, leather recliner, and front closet and we are committed to continue updating our unit to make it the best it can be for our guests. We are happy that all of the issues described were taken care of in a timely manner and urge our future guests to not hesitate to contact us or the management right away if any issue arises.

Siesta Key Beach Vacation

Had a wonderful time in Siesta Key at the Sarasota Surf and Racquet Club! This unit was comfortable and clean and provided us easy access to the pools, beach, and parking. The office staff were very helpful and responsive to questions and requests from us and other family members in other units. Our family has been having family reunions in this complex for many years, and would recommend this unit and resort to anyone looking for a wonderful beach vacation! Very close to shopping, dining and the airport as well.

Furnishings fair; location poor; complex rough.

Furnishings generally okay. King mattress in master needs to be replaced.

Location is probably worst, and should be least expensive. It is ground floor, furthest from the beach. All common areas/facilities of complex are rough/tired.

Owner's Response: We are sorry that your stay at our unit and complex did not meet your expectations. We would like to address your concerns, so we can move forward and offer our guests the best possible experience on their vacation. Our unit is located on the first floor, which is stated in the listing's description. Many guests enjoy this convenience, as well as being the main reason for our purchasing the unit. The building is situated midway back from the beach, with three buildings in the complex behind it, and is priced accordingly by proximity to the beach. We replaced all of the mattresses in the unit in January of 2016, and make updating a constant priority for our guests. As far as the complex being "rough", our board and ownership are constantly doing updates. In the last three years, all of the buildings in the complex were re-stuccoed and painted, the parking structures received new roofing, and this year, all of the parking lots are being completely updated with pavers. The amenities at our complex are listed with great detail so future guests can see everything the complex has to offer. Again, we are sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations and can assure you that we take all of the feedback given to us very seriously.

Exceptional Place At Siesta Key Florida

One of the best places to stay while visiting Siesta Key. We love the easy access to the white sand beach and the several amenities this property offers. This place is truly a Gold Crown Resort that sets the standard of excellence in "Home Away From Home" partnership. Great hospitality at a reasonable price. Great Vacation Spot!

I had a great time on Siesta Key in unit T107! I stayed in this 2 bedroom condo with my wife, our two kids (3.5, 1.5) and our mother-in-law. We had plenty of room as the bedrooms are spacious with big closets and the main room is plenty big for us all. Parking was super easy and we had the same spot all weekend. It was very convenient being on the ground floor and a short walk to either of the pools or the beautiful beach. I would definitely stay here again!
