This freshly renovated 6 bedroom, 5 full bath home is in the city's best location. Walk to great restaurants, cafes, shops, parks, Cave Hill and many other attractions.

Over 4000 square feet of space on three floors. The first floor has a large, gracious entry room, living room, dining room, just remodeled kitchen and just remodeled bathroom. On the second floor are 4 bedrooms (3 king, 1 queen) and two full baths. On the third floor is a large king master suite and full bath. The walk out basement has a queen bedroom, a large family room, a full bath and a fully equipped laundry room. All bedrooms have a 32' flat screen television, top quality bedding and lovely décor. The living room and family rooms each have a 55' flat screen. Dining room seats 8-10 with additional dining area available on the patio. Wifi thoughout. Great back patio area with large gas grill, outdoor sofa and chairs and a table and chairs.

NOTES:

1- If your group grows, we have several other properties within a block of this one (VRBO 430762 is less than 100 yards away).

2-Although this home is just a short walk to many exciting party spots, it is located on a residential street. Absolutely no "partying" noise or other disturbance will be tolerated. This house is not a good choice for bachelor party groups.

Beautiful home with lot's of character and easy access to local restaurants and pubs.

We visited Louisville with some friends (6 couples) and had a great time. The home is beautifully restored and the kitchen was well equipped. There are plenty of areas to gather and visit. The beds were all very comfortable and everyone slept well. The weather was perfect for our December visit so we were also able to make use of the outside patio area. The house also has many brochures for things to do in the area. Our hostess was very accommodating, providing many amenities and offered her help if we had any concerns. We are considering returning again next year and we will likely choose this home again. Everyone loved it!! Thanks to the owner for providing such a beautiful home.

Great size and very well stocked.

The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of rooms. As with most old houses, some areas were cold and others hot no matter how you managed the heat. The house was very well stocked with toiletries and kitchen equipment. In the kitchen, the cooker is fine; the fridge is terrific; the dishwasher is under par. It takes forever to do a cycle and the rack falls off the rails.

The house is a block away from the Bardstown Road with plenty of cafes and shops. Great walking area.

Great house

We had three generations in town for a wedding and stayed here. Kids in the basement adults in the parlor.

It was great close to bars and restaurants (right out back door and walk a block) and plenty of beds and baths for the girls. Wish the weather was warmer so we could have sat outside on back porch.

Some places the pictures are better than the house in this case the house is better than the pictures. Very clean on arrival.

Great house and location.

My company was in town for a convention and I wanted us to stay all under one roof. The group consisted of five adults and the house was plenty big enough to handle the entire group. We spent most of our time outside in the backyard patio which was very shaded. The two nights we were there we also grilled out. Check in and check out was a breeze and there are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. The drive to the convention center was only 10 minutes. We will stay at this house again during the next convention.

Absolutely Amazing House in a Great Location!!

This house is absolutely fantastic. I came with a group of 12 girls for my sister's bachelorette party and the location, the amenities, were more than I could have asked for. Everyone was able to sleep comfortably as all but one of the beds were kings. There were plenty of bathrooms, so everyone was able to get showered and ready at the same time. There were condiments in the fridge, cups and bowls to use, and just overall great space to hang out in. There were bars right behind the house, which made it easy for us to transition from house party to bar party. Not only was it a great setup, but the house itself is truly beautiful. It's in great condition for an older house and the only issue we had was a blown fuse, which was our fault from all the hair dryers and straighteners (sorry Deirdre!) Additionally it was super affordable- for a two nights, the 12 of us spent $140 each. Louisville was a great place to go for a bachelorette party and we are already considering renting out this house for the next Kentucky Derby. Thank you so much for the amazing stay and I would highly encourage people to stay here for their Louisville getaway!
