Lake front home. 5 bedroom lake front home with dock and private launch ramp for two homes. Launch ramp is not usable when the lake is below 30% but the dock can be used until the lake goes below 10%. Huge outdoor living space deck with BBQ, ping pong, fooz ball table. Large open living space inside with sofa sleeper. Sleeps 12 in beds, 2 bathrooms with showers, stainless steel appliances, marble counters, stained concrete flooring, vaulted ceilings. 6 person jacuzzi on deck. Kayaks and paddle boards available for rent. The home is lake front and also near many wineries. Justin and Carmody McKnight are only 25 minutes away along with 10-100 more within 30 miles.

The is a lake front property and one of very few who have their own private launch ramps. We also do all your boat mussle inspections. The home has a large open space living area with two sofas, dining and kitchen area. There are five bedrooms. The view from the deck is awesome.

Wonderful Experience

It takes a while to get to the house, as it is around the lake, but it is well worth the travel. The location is perfect and the house was perfect for all 12 of us. The owners live nearby and are more than happy to help in any way they can. If you have a boat, then I suggest you ask the owners for launching recommendations, as the road/ramp is narrow and steep. Also, if you do not have a four wheel drive vehicle, then let the owners know, as they may have to help tow you out.

Owner's Response: We have not had anyone with two wheel drive have a problem since the launch ramp is cement but we are around should renters needs assistance. It is best to drive straight down the ramp and back the boat at the bottom rather than back down from the house. We also assist when the lake gets too low to use the ramp.

Amazing Property and Owners

Home was clean, well maintained, and fully stocked. My family had an amazing time. Views from the living room were incredible. Owners were a pleasure to deal with. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Loren and his wife even brought down a small boat for us to use when I told them my boat was stuck at the dealership for repairs and we would not have it back in time for this trip. Communication was excellent. Will definitely be coming back next year.

Great house for large group

House was great. We had 3 families staying in the house together and it was very comfortable. Living area is large enough for everyone to hang out. There was a lot to do. Boat launch very convenient. House is located in remote area so next time we will bring food with us rather than run to the grocery store.
