Lovely cottage with great hosts!
We had a great week here with our children. Its a quiet spot it’s great for children to be able to run around in and is a lovely cottage. John & Chris are great hosts as well. We certainly hope to return!
Wonderful Week in a Lovely Farmhouse
Our second visit to the Annex at Higher Sufferenton was as delightful as our first. John & Christine are outstanding hosts, very welcoming and helpful. The house is very well equipped and extremely comfortable. Our family of 5 had a great time and plenty of room. It is well situated for exploring our favourite haunts in North Cornwall, including Tintagel, Trebarwith Strand, Port Isaac, Rock, Padstow and more. Constantine Bay & Harlyn Bay are also within easy reach. Great stay all around.

We really enjoyed our stay. Christine and John were first class hosts and nothing was too much trouble for them.
The kitchen is well equipped and everything you need is provided. The house is spotlessly clean and plenty of towels and spare bedding is provided for guests.
We would be delighted to return in the future.
Thankyou for your lovely review on the Farmhouse.
John & myself are delighted you had a wonderful time here & we look forward to seeing you all again.

Great stay! Chris & John went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.
My sister, Mother and l have just spent a most enjoyable festive break in this property. Our welcome was warm, mince pies, prosecco, roaring fire in log burner. The farmhouse catered for all our needs, was spotlessly clean. Would certainly recommend it. Well done Chris & John.
Thankyou for your lovely review.

A superb, very well equipped farmhouse in beautiful surroundings
Upon arrival John and Christine gave us a very warm and friendly welcome surprising us with homemade scones a bottle of Prosecco and some coffee, milk and tea to start our holiday off nicely. We were shown around the farmhouse which was spotlessly clean and very roomy both upstairs and downstairs. There are games, dvds and a variety of cds available . There is also constant hot water and plenty bedding and towels available. We particularly enjoyed cooking on the aga and lighting the wood burner of an evening. The farmhouse is set in a quiet and peaceful location in beautiful countryside but close enough to the coast for exploring the breathtaking coastal towns. The local village is twenty minutes walk via a shortcut across the field or a five minute drive and has a couple of shops and a lovely friendly pub that serves good food. All in all I can't express enough how much we have enjoyed our holiday at Higher Suffenton .John and Christine have been the perfect hosts and go that extra mile to make you feel so welcome. Can't wait to return to this beautiful place which is now engrained in our hearts.
Thanks John and Christine for an amazing holiday x

A wonderful week!
The farmhouse was lovely, very quiet and in a great location. A very warm welcome from John and Christine and with a bottle of Prosecco and home made scones waiting for us, it didn't take long to get into holiday mode! The house was comfortable and very well equipped. Great location for exploring the beautiful countryside and coast, with plenty of places to visit within a short drive. A short walk through the fields takes you to the village which has a very nice pub. Would definitely like to return and would highly recommend.
