With unbelievable views from multiple decks, a dock on the canal, a fenced-in pool, and an ocean view, Seas the Day is the perfect vacation destination for your family, or golf & fishing group!

The beautiful hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, granite counter-tops, and custom fixtures provide a classy flare to a comfy home. The kitchen table is surrounded by windows with a glorious view and seats 10 comfortably. Two bar stools are seated at the counter, and utensils, dishes, pots, and pans are brand new!

Enter upon an open floor plan combining the newly furnished family room with the newly stocked kitchen. You can enjoy the view through the many windows or relax in front of the new flat screen HDTV, complete with a blue ray player as well as free wireless.

Each bedroom is attached to its own full bathroom. Four bedrooms are furnished with luxurious queen size beds (all new mattresses in '15) and the fifth is a slumber party in the making for the kids with two sets of bunk beds, twin over twin and new twin over double, sleeping five.

Relax on the main floor or one of the decks while the kids play in the second floor bonus room - lots of floor space and a second HDTV!

Take a break from the sun and enjoy the fenced-in pool, a safe environment for kids and complete with lounges for sunning!

Start the day off with breakfast from the cafe at the end of the street, enjoy some time on the sand, play putt-putt, grab an ice cream cone, shop, visit the Coastal Museum and the playground, kayak in the ICW, and finish the day off with a seafood dinner and sunset without ever getting in the car!

Why Tom and Peggy Coda chose Coastal North Carolina

We have visited all the NC beaches and first visiting OIB in 2007. After that we were hooked and decided OIB was the place for us. We were able to purchase this beautiful home in 2014 and love the views, short walk to the beach and that we can easily walk to all the towns amenities with our family.

What makes this house unique

Close walk to the beach access with the town community center which has shade, picnic tables and clean restrooms. Access to the Intercoastal Waterway is direct and close. The Ocean Isle Fishing Center is at the entrance to the Waterway so you can get your gas, ice, tackle and bait.

Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is great for privacy and the ability for everyone to clean up from a day at the beach and get ready for a fun night out or in.

The sunsets from the decks are awesome. Unlike other canals at OIB, this canal has a boardwalk that takes you to the playground, museum, center of town without having to walk on the street. There is also fencing between the canal and the boardwalk to keep the little ones safe.

The pool is under the house so it can be used on those days it may rain. You can get refreshed (or the kids can play) rain or shine.

Great Beach House

The house was very clean and comfortable. The two levels of bedrooms and two family rooms made it great with teenagers. Separate baths for each bedroom also was a plus. All of the decks were used and great view from the very top deck. Having the dock, kayaks and pool allowed for lots of fun activities when not at the beach. Beach was less than 10 minute walk and never too crowded. We had a fun week. Would recommend this rental house.

Perfect Vacation Home

This home is perfect for anyone looking to visit Ocean Isle. We were pleased to find the home just as it is pictured. There were 4 families with a total of 12 people (8 adults and 4 children). The bedrooms were perfect and we really enjoyed having separate bathrooms. The owners were a pleasure to work with. They even went out of their way by ensuring my wife got her pearls that she left. This is a place we will certainly return to.

What a beautiful home! Great location on the canal, close to the Community Center.

Another wonderful week at the beach, at the Coda's home. Thanks for the updates for 2017! As usual, the upstairs TV and living room was a perfect refuge for kids needing to relax. The swimming pool was also a hit. Many meals were eaten on the deck, and many sunsets were enjoyed on the widow walk. Oh, and the kayaks. We love your kayaks!

Great Vacation get away!

We loved our stay at Seas the Day. It was very clean and well kept. All furnishings and decorations were up to date. We loved using the pool to keep the kids busy while it rained. The ease of being on the canal was enjoyed by all. The location of the house was great we were close to everything and able to walk to the Friday night concert! The owner was very helpful and helped to answer any questions we might have. We hope to get back to Ocean Isle again and when we do we will definitely be in touch.

Beautiful home, great for our group!

Thank you so much for sharing your home with our group over Easter. The house was excellently equipped, clean and it felt like a home away from home! The additional upstairs living area was an added bonus - and being able to let our teens walk back and forth to town was priceless!

I hope to have an opportunity to stay there again!
