This property was in the heart of the most vibrant and exciting neighborhood! There are parks, restaurants, bars, and shops galore! The condo was a beautifully decorated, clean and welcoming place to stay! I cannot say enough good things about our visit!
Great getaway to the city. Close to too many restaurants & bars to count. Even the walk to the stadiums was not too far. Very comfortable unit.
This condo is in the heart of OTR and offers a really unique and fun location for people who want to enjoy some nightlife in Cincinnati. The host is extremely responsive. You'll be hard pressed to find a better stay in OTR.
This Condo is nothing short of fabulous! Every creature comfort is available to you! The neighborhood takes some getting used to, but in it there are stellar restaurants, coffee houses and music. The condo itself has wonderful amenities that include surround sound stereo, amazing beds, a balcony with a view of Washington park and an outstanding shower! Thank you Marc - we will be back!
I booked this apartment for NYE. With friends coming from different states, Cincinatti was a central location. Booking the property was super easy. Marc was great to work with, very timely! The place was extremely nice and updated. All the extras were there -gaming systems, smart tv, Bluetooth for music. Everything was very clean (bathrooms, linens, couches), the only complaint was a little dust but with all the renovations in the building, I'm sure it can't be avoided. The neighborhood seems like it's being cleaned up with many renovations going on. The building was very safe, a lot of places within walking distance. Overall, it was a very great stay!
Having never been to Cincy before, we had trouble with finding grocery/liquor stores. There is a very small kroger a few blocks away but a large liquor store was no where to be found. I would suggest bringing groceries with you to guarantee you have what you like.
This place seemed brand new and was reasonably priced for how nice it was. Would definitely stay here vs a hotel if I find myself in the area again.
