The Marina of La Duquesa and its countless bars and restaurant is 2 minutes.

Or indulge in the extravagance of Puerto Banus?

It is also ideally situated for golfers of all levels: the most beautiful courses of the Costa del Sol are nearby (Finca Cortesin 5min, 15min Valderrama, ...).

The pracours Doña Julia is itself very enjoyable to play, quite open, and offers spectacular views of the mediterranean. The club house is located 300m.

Very close is the Casares Golf offers flat 1 September holes short, but narrow. It is perfect for the less Aguer, for children or for a "quick 9" ...

Great views and comfortable accomodations

The description on the web page is exactly what we found when we arrived. The property manager met with us to get us settled. Great secure underground parking. Beautiful home and great panoramic views of the Mediterranean and mountains. Ideally situated between Gibraltar and Marbella, near Estepona, it gave us a wonderful opportunity to explore the area. Morocco is just a short drive to Tarifa and fast ferry to Tangiers. The refrigerator is a bit small, so you cannot stock up much, but the shopping in the area is good. Once we found the pathways, we were able to take regular walks (about 20 minutes to the beach). The TV provided an excellent selection of channels in multiple languages.

The only thing we would warn guests is to be careful when going out on the terrace. The sliding door locks automatically when you close it and has no key access. We ended up stuck for a while but a nice neighbor downstairs let us in when I dropped the key to him! After that we left a window cracked a bit, but had no further need as we were careful to not do that again!

Highly recommend the location, especially if you are a golfer. The pool was nice and available. Great location and value for the price. Thanks!

This is the very best apartment we have stayed in.

The apartment was very spacious with all the appliances any one could wish for.

The views from the balcony and the roof terrace ar outstanding.

I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting this area and I will rent it again

Prettig verblijf met prachtig uitzicht over zee

fijn appartement van alle gemakken voorzien. Goed ingerichte keuken en ruime balkons. Gezamenlijk zwembad te gebruiken. Geschikt voor 4 personen. Aantrekkelijk voor golfers. WiFi niet optimaal.

Very nice and large Penthouse Appartment

A very nice appartment with two large terrassas and a phantastic seaview. The rooms are friendly and well maintained, nothing was missed except a water heater. We recommend it very much and will certainly return.
