This is a nice apartment with a very good location between the downtown area and the V&A Waterfront.
The apartment has a nice big terrace with a good view of the harbor and Table Bay. We stayed there for a month and liked the fact that it was a block to Spar market where we could buy groceries very easily as we liked to cook a lot of our meals. The apartment is a bit small but adequate for two people and the kitchen facilities are good. You also have the luxury of being close to several nice restaurants including Vasco Da Game Tavern which is connected to the Rockwell.
We had a problem with the power going out twice and the safe locking on its own. It was frustrating because management did not respond quickly to fix these issues and we had to wait around until they got around to repairing. Also, it can get quick noisy here especially late at night and during the weekend.
