About the property

Beautiful house apartment in rural area 600 m. above sea level, but only 10 km. from the biggest resort on the Canary Islands, with access to all services and own activities, such as trips to the second largest volcano on earth.

Entrance to street level on the dining room and straight to the kitchen cupboard where there is a refrigerator, washing machine, heater and sink broad access.

There are only three doors, the street, the terrace and bathroom.

The room had a large bright room where the bed is on a platform ceramic. Thresholds and arched window on the terrace, garden and ocean views. Access the bathroom through a reading room and writing, with a library and lamp "tiffanys" to work with the laptop through the wireless connection provided.

The entire house is available and perfect for a couple. They are 60 m2 interior plus 35m2 terrace with porch traditional Canarian-style wooden table and wicker armchairs.

The garden below is private, since it is where we live with our daughter, but eventually be offered a tea or coffee with botanical visit.

Across the street is the square of a charming chapel and a large terrain with kindergarten and sports court and stunning views of the San Lorenzo Valley.

Although it is preferable to rent a car there bus line connecting the whole island from Arona or San Lorenzo Valley just 1.2 Km. From both places walking. You can also order a taxi by phone.

quiet place up in the hills of Tenerife, but far away of everything, even for a coffee you drive, no shop in the neighbourhood.

very nice and intelligent ,British-Spanish couple, people who received us, showed us their garden, were very helpful.

can organize a boattrip for you if you like.

Comfortable apartment, but many little steps inside, and cars driving just past the front door, only rarely though.

Meravigliosa

Una casa molto accogliente, comoda e tranquilla. Perfetta come punto di partenza per esplorare l'isola, vicina a belle spiagge e al Teide. Letto comodissimo, casa pulita e attrezzatissima. Una terrazza meravigliosa. Siamo stati molto bene, la consigliamo assolutamente!

Owner's Response: Respondida Hola Elena! Hemos estado muy ocupados, pero por fin puedo sentarme un momento. Ha sido un auténtico placer conoceros. Es una pena que no hayamos tenido más tiempo de charlar o de enseñaros el jardín tomando un vino o un té. Pero, deseamos sinceramente poder hacerlo una próxima visita. Pero me gusta que no hayáis tenido tiempo de bajar porque habéis disfrutado tanto de la isla que llevabais siempre muy tarde. Casi nadie deja la casa tan limpia como vosotros. Impecable. beetje donker en somber, maar mooi terras

Carlos is gastvrij en behulpzaam en vertel graag over zijn Marinetijd. Woning heeft alles, maar is een beetje verouderd. In het plaatsje zelf (Tunez) is niets. Boodschappen op 5km.

Erfüllte voll und ganz unsere Erwartungen.

Die Vermieter Carlos und Rachel sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft war noch schöner als erwartet und der Blick von der Terrasse einfach gigantisch. Vor allem jeden Tag etwas anders. Ein Auto ist allerdings nötig. Mit diesem ist man dann ganz schnell weiter in den Bergen um der Wanderlust zu frönen, oder am Strand oder für den der es etwas spektakulärer haben möchte im Nationalpark Teide. Restaurants und Supermärkte gibt es in den nächstgelegenen Ortschaften. Aber auch kochen ist in der Ferienwohnung möglich. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit.

Casa muy acogedora. Tiene muy buenas vistas hacia el oceano. Y está sificientemente equipada.

Carlos y Rachel son muy acogedores y agradables. La casa nos ha permitido descansar y disfrutar de unas vistas maravillosas desde la terraza. La situación de la casa permite hacer buenas rutas por la isla e incluso la playa está cerca.
