About Oliver Fear
My family has been visiting Mullion since the seventies, staying in Jonquil which was then owned by the Polurrian Hotel. When the Polurrian ownership changed we bought the property in 2008 in order to retain the option of visiting. While letting the property is clearly a commercial enterprise to defray ownership costs the property is more than just an asset and that guests enjoy the property and location is highly important to us. A bench above Mullion harbour is dedicated to my father.

Handy for all area's in Mullion
Great position and facilities, perfect for four, if a bit small for six
For the first part of our stay, there were just four of us, and the bungalow was perfect for us, a short walk to the wonderful Polurrian Bay, and an even shorter walk to the great facilities of the Polurrian Bay hotel (including the outdoor pool with what must be one of the best views in the country).
For the last three days we were joined by two others, and things got a bit cramped, specially as the weather turned bad on us. The sofa bed in the living room was a bit small and uncomfortable, but otherwise we had everything we needed. Highly recommend the short walk to Mullion Cove for cream tea.
The cottage is a 10 minute walk from a small supermarket and 15 minutes from Mullion village's shops and 2 pubs. The Coastal path is 30 metres from the property. It is a short drive to Mullion Golf Club (2 miles), Newton Livery (1.3 m) and the Dan Joel Surf School at Poldhu (1.5 m). Other attractions within a slightly longer drive include the Minack Theatre, the Gweek Seal Sanctuary, Falmouth Maritime Museum, Goonhilly Downs, various gardens, the Flambards Theme Park and Lands End.
