"Popeye's" is a bright, sunny, small holiday flat with fabulous views across Salcombe, the estuary, and the countryside beyond. Our flat is just a short and largely level walk away from Batson Creek, the boat park, Island Street "Maritime Quarter" and the town centre. It can accommodate up to four people, but is perfect for couples or small families.
We have refurbished the apartment during the first few months of 2017 (listed for the first time in April 2016) and it includes a light and airy open-plan kitchen and sitting area, two bedrooms (one double, one twin) and a lovely, sunny balcony with excellent views of the town and estuary. The property also benefits from an off-road parking space. A garage may also be available.

Hot water is by a timed immersion heater ( new system)and modern storage heaters keep the flat warm and cosy.
Wi-fi ( fibreoptic). Smart TV and bluetooth radio.
The apartment is not suitable for pets and is non-smoking.
Parking is provided for one car in the private area in front of the apartment (permit provided). A small garage under the apartment is also available ( contact the owner), ideal for a boat, v small car or just for hanging wet suits!
In the bedrooms, duvet, pillows and bed linen are provided, but we ask that guests bring their own towels.
In high season, we generally let Saturday-Saturday, but please contact the owner if you would like to discuss alternative arrangements.
Tea, coffee, milk and sugar sachets are provided to all our guests. Salt and pepper are in the cupboard. We provide toilet rolls, washing liquid, dishwash tablets and a tea towel. There are books, games and DVDs in the sideboard for rainy days and a Smart TV.
