2 bedroom fully equipped apartment with beautiful ocean views, generous balcony

This superb luxury apartment is situated in prime sea front location enjoying un-interrupted panoramic marine views. The apartment is double glazed throughout and patio doors lead you to the generously sized balcony with extensive beach and sea views.

Staying in our luxury beach apartment offers both the comfort and privacy not available in hotel rooms. Recently renovated and tastefully decorated the luxury apartment is situated only a few short steps from the beach.

The apartment sleeps 4 very comfortably (1 double and 1 twin room) with an additional double futon in the Lounge. There's plenty of space for storing all your holiday clothes and equipment. There is a fully fitted kitchen with everything you need. The living/dining room has a folding dining table for 4, sofa, comfy chair and a flat screen TV/DVD. The bathroom has a full size bath and integral shower, state of the arts lighting and built in CD player to help you relax.

Porthtowan's large blue flag, lifeguard patrolled, sandy beach is only 50 metres away. It's beautiful and loved by surfers, families, walkers and many local artists. The sunsets are very special. Patio doors lead to a private generous sized balcony with a table, sun umbrella and 4 x chairs, perfect for watching sunsets and surf. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Parking is provided, as are bed linen and towels.

The Electricity, hot water and heating is included in the tariff.

The Hot Water has a boost switch in the cupboard if all Hot Water is used from the overnight facility

During peak seasons we offer bookings for a full week with Saturday changeover. Outside of this we offer short breaks with variable changeover days.

Porthtowan is Cornwall’s best kept secret

Porthtowan derives its Cornish name from its most obvious feature - its sandy beaches and dunes (towans). Porthtowan is located on Cornwall's picturesque North coast centrally located to larger town amenities. Porthtowan is situated midway between St Agnes and Portreath with views of St Ives Bay together with its lighthouse and harbour to the south, St Agnes Head, Trevaunance Cove and Chapel Porth to the north.

Porthtowan is also a popular spot with surfers. The village has a number of pubs including the trendy Blue Bar where you can enjoy a drink or meal while looking over the beach and ocean.

Life guards ensure your safety and the shallow areas and pools are a magnet of seaside wildlife. Surfing lessons and equipment are always on hire and there is plenty to see and do. For walkers, the South West Coastal Path provides a memorable experience with its many breathtaking views. Porthtowan’s coastal footpath passes through some of the most beautiful area of cliffs and adjoining land some of which is owned by The National Trust.

Booking Notes:
A 20% non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, balance payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. A refundable deposit of £50 is required against damages, payable with final balance. Dogs are welcome for a one off charge of £10, maximum of 2 dogs.


Changeover Day:
Saturdays in peak season. Short breaks and flexible changeover dates available October - March.
Arrival time is after 3pm, the apartment must be vacated by 10am to allow for cleaning.
