About the property

Detached property situated in a quiet, well-established residential area within a short and easy walk of the local Tabaira centre with its supermarket, shops, restaurant and bars and only a few minutes' drive from Moraira village and nearest beaches.

The villa is surrounded by a well maintained, fully enclosed and gated garden planted with a number of mature palms, trees and shrubs. A wide, paved drive provides ample parking close to the house and at the rear of the house is a secluded, and paved terrace that’s a real sun trap, a kidney-shaped, 8 x 4 mt, swimming pool and barbecue area.

Access to the villa is via a short flight of steps up to the covered terrace which offers views over the front garden and surrounding area towards the Cap d’Or headland.

The living accommodation is set on one level. The marble floored living/dining room is equipped with satellite TV offering UK Free-to-View channels and unlimited Wi-Fi. The separate dining area connects to the sitting room through a wide open archway, double doors lead outside to the pool area.

The kitchen, linked to the dining area, was completely refurbished and modernised a couple of years ago. Appliances include a dishwasher, vitro-ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave/grill and fridge-freezer. An automatic washing machine is located in an outside storeroom close to the pool terrace.

Having one double and one twin bedroom, each air-conditioned, with fitted cupboards and mosquito nets, and a shower-room, the villa provides ideal accommodation for couples or families.

Nice comfortable property in good location

Nice clean comfortable property, good walk into Moraira with quite a few supermarkets conveniently close by. We had had one problem with power, but David the property manager sorted it our extremely promptly, excellent service. The pool area is a sun trap.

Really lovely!

We enjoyed our time at Casa Rosa it 'ticked the boxes' for us and was well appointed. Our only suggestion to the owners would be to consider a ceiling fan in the main living area - temperatures were in the 30's during our stay so a larger fan would have been very welcome particularly in the evenings.

Many thanks to David Finnigan for ensuring our stay was relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable.

Belles vacances

Agréable petite maison de vacances bien équipée (sauf pour étendre le linge!) dans quartier calme et résidentiel. On a profité à 300% de la piscine.

Commerces, ville et plages relativement proches, je recommande.

La maison casa Rosa était bien située, bien entretenue et répondait à toute nos attentes . Le responsable sur place s'est assuré que tout était à notre convenance . Je recommande cette villa qui se retrouve dans un superbe petit village sur le bord de la mer !
