Why Gayle White chose Orlando
This townhome is a special home as it is as close to the lake as you can be. It features great lighting and spacious rooms. Much bigger than you would expect as the entire 2nd floor is a very large bedroom. The bedroom can be divided with a screen to create privacy should you have concerns about sharing a bedroom. I like that it has a half bath on the first floor and full bath upstairs. There is a walk-in closet and updated kitchen. Overall the townhome has become a favorite of couples and business travelers. The location is wonderful. I hope you'll visit and see for yourself!
What makes this Townhouse unique
Sitting on the patio watching the Blue Herons and Igrets (Florida birds) and feeling fresh breezes from the lake is how I like to spend mornings at the townhome. The lake forms swirling columns of steam after a hot day and cool night that is just fascinating to watch. The sunsets are spectacular and seeing Disney fireworks reflect in the lake after dark is amazing. The home feels very private and welcoming.

Very nice not so clean
Nice area Great Lake house was dirty
Had a great time, quiet area, very convenient travel to all parks.
Not as bad as a 1 but very disappointing.
Dirty, broken flooring, questionable wiring, stove/oven falling apart, lights not working, TV remotes required new batteries, window blinds broken, area under couch had food left, in need of major rehab, exterior grounds a mess.
I am so sorry that these guests had an unusual experience. Please see other reviews. While these guests were here the community association was installing new landscaping and the grounds did not show well. It is very pretty now and the association continues to upgrade landscaping. My cleaning staff is available at any time to clean if a guest is not satisfied. You will always have my cell number to call or text ANYTIME, for any concerns. I'm sure that the temporary outside mess contributed to the poor review. Guests love the comfortable beds, the beautiful lake views and it is a priority to be very clean. I wish they had let me know and cleaning staff would have been dispatched immediately.
Nice townhouse in great location
Very nice one bedroom townhouse in great location very close to convention center, Sea World, etc. at an amazingly reasonable price considering the location. Beautful lake view from patio. Very clean and nicely appointed, but showing a few minor signs of wear and tear that need some attention.
Thank you for the positive review. We are coming up on the first small break in a very busy year at the end of April (after Easter) and plan to refresh the paint and some furniture items. I hope you'll return to see the updates!
