This apartment is furnished to an extremely high standard with brand new twin beds in a light an airy room with open views of the countryside. This large room is divided into a sleeping area with plenty of wardrobe space and a lounge and dining area. There is a large TV, DVD player and free wifi access.

Separate full kitchen with an induction hob, oven, extractor hood, microwave, toaster, fridge with ice box, washing machine and good selection of crockery and kitchen equipment. Separate shower room, hairdryer, shaver point.

All bedding and towels are provided and there are no hidden extras.

This is a perfect location for walks in the Forestry Commission Woods just around the corner or a trip to one of the many beaches, Perranporth just 9 miles and Falmouth 12 miles.

By car the Centre of Truro is 5 minutes drive - there is no public transport.

Large windows that open out onto the garden make it cool in summer but with underfloor heating for the cooler days.

There is an outside sitting area and drying facilities. Storage available for bikes or surfboards and off road parking.

At this time of the year 'April' the lanes are lined with primroses and next month (May) you can visit the Forestry Commission Woods, a few hundred yards away, and enjoy the bluebells beneath the beech trees - fabulous

Peaceful, well equipped and modern property.....

On arrival we were greeted by the owners, (who live above the property), and were shown around.

The apartment is in a very peaceful location and was clean and modern with everything we needed for our 3 night stay. It has its own front door, separate to the main house, with plenty of outside lighting for anyone returning later in the evening. (The apartment is in a village location so is quite dark at night - but excellent for stargazing)! There was a modern kitchen with fridge (with small freezer compartment), microwave, toaster etc, modern bathroom with shower, washing machine and hairdryer, lovely comfortable beds with good quality bedding, large television and dining room table with chairs.

The location, close to Truro, was excellent for shopping and travelling further afield to visit the beautiful coasts (both north and south) of Cornwall. (Although driving through the narrow twisty lanes around Idless took a bit of getting used to). Would recommend to anyone wanting a quiet break to explore Cornwall.

Immaculately presented and very well equipped, situated in an ideal location close to Truro

We enjoyed 5 nights in this lovely self contained apartment which is ideally placed to access the beautiful city of Truro and the surrounding area. The owners were extremely welcoming and accommodating. We found a lovely spot to enjoy a fish and chip supper overlooking the estuary at Sunny Corner, Malpas whilst Port Issac, Padstow, Falmouth and Charlestown were also within easy reach. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending a stay at this lovely and very clean apartment and are already looking forward to returning. A huge thank you to Frances and Paul for making our short stay so comfortable.

Ideal location for Truro & Surrounding Area

We found this apartment to be ideal for our stay in Truro, where we were meeting up with friends. Truro is a lovely city with a huge range of independent shops. Clear instructions to get to the place were provided by the owner, who then showed us around and made us feel very welcome. The apartment was located in the very pleasant grounds of the owner, so any problems (we had none) could be swiftly resolved, parking was fine (off road), the apartment was well appointed with all needs catered for, from towels and toiletries in the lovely shower room, to all kitchen requirements and TV, books etc in the lounge. WiFi was also provided. The property was clean and very well maintained. Access to Truro and beyond was a short, easy drive (own transport is a must, unless taxi's are used). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would have no reservations about staying here again or passing on the details for the use of friends and family. My main reason for going to Truro was to play golf at Truro Golf Club with my friend whilst my wife went out with his wife, my wife enjoyed a mid-morning visit the 108 Coffee House, we would then meet up for lunch, one particular place we enjoyed was The Watering Hole in Perranporth, and we also took in a visit to Philps Bakery in Hayle (about 20 miles) just to try their pasties (we weren't disappointed, absolutely delicious). All in all a very nice stay.
