  • On the 1st floor, there is a shower room with shower, washbasin, WC and cupboard, with earthenware of the area like in the ground floor bathroom which has a bath with a very original shape, with cupboards and WC.

  • The ground floor bedroom is one of the assets of the house, is south-facing, opposite to the conservatory and the garden, at a few steps from the pool: to dive into the pool from the waking up and take the breakfast under the sun umbrella... There is a television in the living room, a bed -sofa for 2 persons, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. The bedroom on the first floor is smaller, south-facing too, with wardrobe.

Notes:
A very pleasant conservatory with a covering to protect from the sun and air conditioning, permit to rest, read or eat when it rains, that is exceptional! In the garden, the place where we live except during the hot hours, there are 2 tables, a large sun umbrella, 4 deckchairs, several chairs and a hammock. The pool, bordered with wood is equipped with an alarm. There is an automatic gate; a car can be parked in the garden. The 2nd car can be parked at few metres away.

Vacances bien agréables

Maison de vacance agréable avec piscine où l'on a passé de bons moments. Piscine qui nous a permis de nous rafraîchir, les enfants ont bien apprécié. Figanières est un beau petit village provençale avec ses marchés le dimanche et mardi matin. Nous avons profité de la région (montagnes et mers). Et nous avons trouvé de bons petits restaurants !!!

Pourquoi pas pour une prochaine fois, de plus la propriétaire est très gentille et accueillante.

Maison de vacances très agréable. La piscine est parfaite pour se rafraîchir!

Figanières est entouré des plus beaux villages de France...

Idéal pour se ressourcer, visiter l'arrière pays qui est vraiment magnifique, les gorges du Verdon... De très bon restaurants à découvrir..

La maison est dans un quartier trés tranquille prés de Figanières; elle est trés fonctionnelle, et trés agréable.On y dort merveilleusement bien et la piscine permet de se rafraichir!!La propriétaire est charmante comme le jardin!! oliviers et lavande, et même un pied de vigne sur la terrasse avec les grappes de raisins qui surplomblent la table!Le chant des cigales le soir, un vrai régal! vraiment un séjour de rêve en dracénie , qui pourtant, panse encore ses plaies...

The Mas is located at 3 km from the village of Figanières, at 5 km from the town of Draguignan, at 40km from seaside ,at 12 km from the motorway exit which comes from Nice (exit of Le Muy, Saint Tropez) and at 1h approximately from the airport of Nice. We are in the heart of Provence, in the middle of the vines, where there are great vintages; many typical villages with their market, their old stones and their busier atmosphere... At 50 km: Saint Tropez, at 40 km approximately the Gorges du Verdon with water sports and excursions, the lake Sainte Croix for swimming in fresh water, walks and picnic, the Gorges de Pennafort at 15 min drive with one of the best gourmet restaurants of the south of France, a tennis court is at 2 min from the house and also for the riding lovers a famous riding school: 'the Suleiman horses' who offer all year round pony-trekking with Arab thoroughbred horses of European reputation. The sea is approximately at 25 km away, in Fréjus
