Appartement remarquable

Appartement moderne, spacieux et idéalement situé face à la mer. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour. Merci aussi à l'équipe Apart-Rent pour sa sympathie et son accueil. Il y a une odeur désagréable dans l'entrée de la résidence et la principale salle de bain.

Appartement vraiment neuf

Tout est neuf, c'est très propre, deux zones d'habitation avec salles de bains séparées, situation face à la mer. L'immeuble est calme et très bien situé. Malheureusement je n'avais pas vu qu'il n'y a pas d’ascenseur donc à déconseiller aux personnes âgées (c'est notre cas) et avec des enfants en bas âge (c'est notre cas) deux étages avec la poussette et le bébé c'est pénible. Attention cet appartement n'est pas adapté pour les bébés, des escaliers entre la cuisine et le séjour, de plus la terrasse n'est pas sécurisée, un bébé peut passer à travers les balustres.
