About the property

Close to everything, pool & beach, no car required, walk to town, great location

A great two bed apartment with an ideal location close to town. Set in a private condominium in Dona Ana, Lagos. The apartment has access to the superb resort pool area which has a snack bar, a good sized children's pool and a very large swimming pool. The pool area itself is located at the front of the resort, perched on top of the cliffs above the beautiful Dona Ana beach and has the most amazing views.

This apartment has 2 bedrooms, one is a south facing double bedroom with A/C , the other is a twin bedroom.

There is a full bathroom with WC plus 2nd "shower room" and WC.

The kitchenette and lounge are open plan, separated by a marble topped breakfast bar. Kitchen facilities include washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster and filter coffee maker.

The lounge has A/C, colour TV with 4 Portuguese channels plus a DVD. Patio doors to the large balcony terrace which overlooks gardens planted with mature palm trees. An ideal place to sit and eat al fresco or just relax on the 2 sunbeds provided.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor but there is a lift.

There is a garage space in the underground car park in Block D available to our clients. There is also ample car parking for any additional cars in front of the building. Please note, due to its great location a car is not a necessity. With several beaches, literally on its "door step", and just a 10- 15 minute walk into the town centre, this apartment makes a fantastic choice for your holiday.

Very nice apartment

Very nice apartment and complex and the location was perfect. Sarah was very helpful with everything we needed also. Only complaint was that there was no change of bed sheets during the week. Would 100% stay here again.

Great location, great facilities. This unit was perfect for our 6 night stay in Lagos.

We were really happy with the proximity of the apartment to the beach, pool and town. Approx 10 min walk to excellent restaurants and entertainmemt. Only thing that could have made this better would be WIFI (portable hot spot with 1G data per day can be purchased from the hotel corner store for 4 euro per day with a 50 euro down payment) but it would be nice to have it already set up in the unit. Would deffinately stay again and reccomend to others.

Schöne Wohnung mit herrlicher Terrasse in bester Lage

Wir waren hier für zu viert mit zwei Kindern 10 Tage im Oktober 2017. Die Wohnung war sauber und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Die Anlage einschließlich dem großen Pool ist hervorragend gepflegt und der nahe Strand traumhaft. Nach Lagos Innenstadt sind es 15 Minuten und rundherum gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Vermieter sind sehr flexibel und entgegenkommend. Ich kann die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Tolles Appartement

Die Lage ist perfekt.Ein kurzer Fußweg zum Strand und auch die Stadt ist direkt erreichbar.

Das Appartement war sehr sehr sauber und mit allem wichtigen ausgestattet.

Ab Juli wird man garantiert die vorhandene Klimaanlage benötigen.

Der Pool ist direkt um die Ecke und ebenfalls sehr gepflegt ...

Kleiner Kritikpunkt sind die Möbel aus Plastik auf dem Balkon (ohne Auflagen ).

Stays of 8 nights or less include a preparation clean and a towel change mid stay.
Stays 9 nights or more include a midweek towel change, and at the end of the week the property would be cleaned and the towels and linen changed.
To secure a booking we require a 30% deposit, this can be paid by bank transfer, bankers draft or VISA (subject to a 3% surcharge). The final balance is then payable 6 weeks prior to arrival
Please note, we can also assist in arranging your private transfers and or car for you if required, making us a 1 stop shop when it comes to booking your holiday.
