Only 100 meters away from the beach and the famous Louis XIV square and its sunny terrasses, right in the center of the old town ! Many shops and restaurants around.
Completely renovated 82 m2 appartment, 3rd floor, in a charming typical, basque style house.
Fantastc views on the city´s roofs and the Rhune mountain whilst the sea visible from the balcony.
Large volumes. Very modern decoration including furniture and lighting from the best italian brands. Hardwood flooring. Picasso, Modigliani and Matisse copy paintings on the white walls. Impressive daylight.
Fully equipped kitchen: Dish and clothes washers, micro waves oven, expresso machin...etc.

You will simply love it, and probably, feel like renewing the experience.

Fabulous apartment in a great location
We stayed in this apartment St-Jean-de-Luz for 12 weeks! As part of a 6-month sabbatical, we decided to base ourselves somewhere in the south of France for a few months so we could experience life in a European town, rather than the inside of numerous hotel rooms. We also wanted to be within striking distance of surf beaches (we have 2 surfers in the family!) and Northern Spain - San Sebastian is only 30 mins away. We did our homework well in choosing this apartment - we even contacted, via the owner, previous holiday makers who had stayed there for their opinion. We expected the apartment to be nice and to be well located but it was, in fact, even nicer in real life than we expected and the location was also even better than expected. The apartment is spacious, particularly for this part of the world, and has a really nice feel to it. It has floor to ceiling glass doors in every room and, being a corner building, it has a great aspect that attracts wonderful light even in the Autumn / Winter months. The location couldn't be better - you are right in the middle of the village yet only 100m from the beach. Once you walk out the front door, you immediately step into the vibe and atmosphere of the old part of the town, with mostly pedestrianised streets, it is really safe and enjoyable for all ages (we have 2 young children so this was important). You can take your pick of fabulous cafes or restaurants all within 100 metres of the flat. The owner, Bertrand was extremely helpful in his advice about the surrounding area - he even helped my husband and son get tickets to a FC Barcelona game in San Sebastian during our stay. We recommend this flat highly and we are even happy for you to contact us via Bertrand to answer any questions you have of the flat or the town. Sally & Anthony (Sydney, Australia)
