Marilyn's House 2 - Independent Holiday Home (Short Rentals)

In the historic center of Frascati, in an early 18th century building (completely renovated), two independent but contiguous apartments are rented for holidays or short periods for max 4 people each (see Marilyn’s House 1). Air conditioning heating
The houses have a bathroom with shower, kitchenette with kitchen, microwave oven, espresso machine, kettle, fridge, TV, hairdryer and free Wi-fi. Both have an outdoor area equipped with table and chairs.
Ideal both for those who want to visit the beautiful town of Frascati (called the pearl of the Roman castles), and to visit Rome, because at 1 minute walk you can reach the railway station for Roma Centro (arrival in 25 min.).
The location is such that you can do everything on foot without taking the car !!! In addition there are shops, pizzerias, markets, antiques markets, historic villas, cultural and food and wine initiatives. At 20 min. from Frascati is the famous Rainbow amusement park.
From Frascati it is possible in a short time to reach Castel Gandolfo the pope's summer home where you can visit the beautiful gardens and reach the respective swimming lake.
Just 3 km from Grottaferrata with its 1100 Greek Orthodox Abbey.

For those arriving by car Highway exit: Monteporzio-Catone in a few minutes you will be at your destination.

Frascati holiday

We were cool and comfortable during a heatwave in this lovely apartment. Close to the station so we could easily travel to Rome.

Buona soluzione

l'appartamento è situato al piano terreno di una bel palazzo nel centro di Frascati, quindi molto comodo per girare a piedi. La sera la zona è rumorosa per la presenza di ragazzi che stanno davanti alla casetta (nel nostro caso siamo stati fortunati perchè c'era il coprifuoco alle 22). L'appartamentino è molto pulito ed il letto è comodo. Buona soluzione per un week-end. La proprietaria è molto presente senza essere invadente e molto gentile.

Charming, comfortable, great location

Marilena and her English speaking daughter helped us make the most of our first-time visit to Frascati. Highly recommend this apartment for its comforts and convenient location near shops, restaurants and train station. Hope to return and enjoy coffee and drinks on the terrace in warmer weather.
