1 bedroom Condo with Full Kitchen

Location is the best. Find me a condo with a better location right in the middle of all the Las Vegas Strip action. There is Las Vegas Strip location and then there is this premier, in the center of it all location.

To be even more clear Jockey Club is part of the $3.9 Billion Cosmopolitan complex, next (walking distance) to the Bellagio, across the street from Paris, Planet Hollywood and Bally's (has monorail station) and walking distance to the $8 Billion City Center project (Aria, Crystal Shopping etc.). In other words, within walking distance you are in the middle of the most expensive real estate in the world!!!

The Bellagio is home of the world's #1 show "O" and the #1 water fountain show and some of the world's most spectacular restaurants. (Try Picasso for 2 Michelin Star Gourmet Dining experience). The Cosmopolitan has tennis courts, 3 world class swimming pools and Free parking all of which as a guest of the Jockey Club you get access to.

You get all of this, not a hotel room, but in a non-gaming condo offering a true escape from the bright lights of Vegas, with no noise from the casinos and a smoke-free environment. The 1 bedroom condo has a king bed in the Master Bedroom and a queen sized pull out sleeper sofa couch in the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked and all linens are included. Everything you should need is here.

Make yourself at home. Condo is air-conditioned featuring a kitchen with full-sized refrigerator/freezer and microwave. Cable programming and DVD players are provided for your entertainment, while complimentary wireless Internet access keeps you connected. My Jockey Club condos have no cleaning fee and no resort fees and that saves you a bundle.

Even if my system calendar shows red and already rented I probably still might have more units available. I own several condos in this complex and properties throughout Las Vegas. Simply contact me and I can usually fulfill your request. I highly recommend booking at least 3 months in advance because once I get close to the dates it sells out. Running over 92% occupancy so book in advance.

Complimentary amenities, activities, and services include a health club and fitness center; 24-hour, year-round heated pool and sauna; air hockey; concierge and porter services; videos, books, DVD, movies and games which you can check out free using your room key.. Some items and services are subject to availability. Grab a bite from a grocery/convenience store serving guests of Jockey Resort Suites Center Strip.

Featured amenities include a computer station, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk.

Jockey Club View Suite Requests

Clearly, this is the #1 request I get. We all enjoy the view of the world famous Bellagio Fountains, a Las Vegas icon, through the windows of the Jockey Club. We are all well aware of the beauty and its desirability. I get that. Almost every fellow owner, exchanger and invited guest makes this request at check-in or the time of reservation.

The breakdown is that 50% of the suites are view suites and 50% are not. Please keep in mind that when you are requesting a View Suite, that the Jockey Club maintains on average an 87% occupancy rate. An 87% occupancy rate is the average occupancy on the strip and has been steadily climbing over recent years. This means that it is even higher on weekends. This substantially reduces availability of not only the View Suites but is an additional compelling reason to make your reservation booking commitment early and not delay. Being sold out close to arrival date is common.

Jockey Club has guests who check out daily. Some guests who occupy guest suites sometimes check out early but late in the day before their reservations are even up. This is what will cause a view suite to unexpectedly become available. If this became available it might be for a much later than usual check in time. Normal check in time is at 4 pm but this kind of even might trigger a say 5:30 pm check in for example.

View suite requests are made at time of check in not with me.

Early check ins before 4 pm are made more likely to occur when requesting a non-view suite. Of course, this is subject to availability and the room must be available.

Personally, and this is just me, I much prefer and actually request a non-view suite. Why? Because I get a much better and quieter sleep in the non-view suite.

Whatever your request, the team at Jockey Club shall always do their best to make your stay the best it can be.

Parking

In a time when many of the casinos now charge for parking it is good to know that there is Free Self-Parking for all guests. I will provide you with full detailed parking instructions.

Check In & Out

Check in is after 4pm and check out is before 11 am. Early check in is available IF the room is available. Understand that is unlikely on Saturday and Sunday check ins. Housekeeping doesn't start working until 12 noon. If you arrive early and no room is available the bell staff can put your luggage in secure storage until you come back. This way you will be free to go out and eat, visit the casinos or do your activities.

Cosmopolitan

The pool at the Cosmopolitan is also available to guests of Jockey Club since we are so closely aligned with them. Bring your Jockey club room key when you go. It is wise to check with the front desk on which pool at the Cosmopolitan is open as they have more than one. They have one on the 4th floor and one on the 11th floor. If you do you use their pool be sure to give me feedback about what you thought about it.

Tennis

If you take advantage of playing tennis on the roof of the Cosmopolitan, on the 52nd floor I would love to get your feedback, videos and pictures of it.

Car Rental

I can provide a car to you in a package deal at prices at least 25% less than what you’ll pay at the airport. Let me know in advance that you want me to quote you on a car rental. The cars I provide, therefore, will NOT be available at the airport but parked in the Cosmopolitan B3 Parking garage in a designated spot I will provide you once you pay for it. The key will be in your name at the Jockey Club Reservation Desk when you check in. The only things I need for the car reservation is your car insurance, email it to me, and your credit card payment. There will be a hold of $400 on your credit card which is released when you return the car just like any car rental place. My car rental rates start as low as $95 + tax for a 1 week rental on one of my older model cars. Like I said you can't beat my prices. I have large SUV's and newer model cars as well. Prices vary.

Also on car rental, my prices are much lower when you rent 1 month or more out in advance versus renting 1 week or less out. There can be as much as 3X difference in prices depending on how far out you book.

Now when I say pricing, the big car rental companies offer lowball teaser prices and don't give you the full quote with all the fees and charges. So when you compare my prices I guarantee I will be at least 25% lower than the fully quoted price they give when everything is factored in.

Taxi and Airport Transfer

If you’re needing a ride from the Airport the airport is very close by. I recommend and use UBER. If you’ve never used them before download their free APP and apply the following promo code before your first trip and receive up to $20 credit! The promo code is MICHAELR18003UE. In Las Vegas UBER saves you 42% over regular cabs, gets faster service and mostly gets you more interesting drivers in better maintained vehicles. With UBER you pay in advance by credit card. Don’t forget to leave a cash tip though.

GROCERY DELIVERY: Don't want to shop but want to cook? Call 1-877-505-4040 for delivery. The ZIP code for your delivery is 89109.

Disclosure: Note the pictures were compiled from the various units in the complex. Each unit has a slightly different color scheme and the kitchens in each unit might be slightly different than the pictures. The units have been undergoing constant updating and upgrading over the years which will account for the variations in the units and these pictures. The property were renovated over a the multi-year time period. Your actual unit will be assigned at time of check in.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel at least 60 days or more from the move in date a full 100% refund is provided. When you book with me it is inferred and agreed upon that you have read this policy and agreed upon it.

Apartment Great....Building Old

This apartment was just as advertised. Very clean, well equipped, super comfy. Michael was very responsive, informative and helpful. It was a perfect place for us & the location rocks. However, if you are into glitzy, new, high-end, modern buildings, this venue probably isn't for you. It's considerably old & drab. Access to the main lobby area is hoaky; via the limo garage. Again, want to stress that the actual apartment was very nice.

Very comfortable suite

A wonderful spacious suite. It has all the necessities and is located in a central location just off the strip. The Jockey club is an older building but for the most part the units are well taken care of. The only thing negative is you can hear the elevator non stop; that however, is easier to listen to than the clanging machines in all the casino hotels. Thank you & we'll be back.

Location location location. Best location on the strip

Overall it's a pretty nice place. A little old in spots, a little confusing to get around in at first and no real help from the front desk in letting us know how to get in and out of the derby tower.

My only real complaint was the check in. We got there a little after 4 pm after being up for over 24 hours. There were two check ins ahead of us. When we got to the counter the clerk (didn't get her name) was rude, crabby and most of all didn't have a clue as to what she was doing. She put us in a room that wasn't ready (housekeeping had just started cleaning the room when we got to it). She sent our bags to this room as well.

So, we had to all the way back from the rear of the derby tower back to the front desk, stand in line again. This time we got a different clerk who was much more knowledgeable and friendly, got has a better room in the same tower (don't know why we weren't put in this room in the first place). So our luggage ended up wandering around the hotel for the next hour. The front desk (same crabby old woman) had no clue as to where it was. All we wanted to do was take a shower and go get something to eat but we had to wait and wait and wait for our luggage.

After that it was pretty smooth sailing. I would stay there again since the location is great and the room and facilities were OK and serviceable, although I would probably end up trying the Elara behind Planet Hollywood next time.

Clean, friendly, central, quiet

This little gem thumbs its nose at the mega resorts trying to swallow it. Perfect central location, right next to the Bellagio water show. For us personally, we found all the staff friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean, and even though we stayed over a weekend, noise was minimal.

We would be very happy to stay here again !

It is within 5 - 10 minute walk to the Flamingo Hilton, Planet Hollywood, Paris, Caesar's Palace, The Mirage, Treasure Island, MGM Grand, New York New York, Venetian and many more. It is the perfect spot for perfect vacations!
