Large apartment on Altea seafront, near to the port, and on the local bus route to Albir and Benidorm. Also near to tram station which takes you to Calpe and Denia, Close by are many restaurants and bars, supermarkets, bank and chemist, and just across the street is the beach. bel appartement bien situé , bon accueil , seul point négatif un peu de nuisance sonore peu être liée a l isolation ou alors parce que nous n avons pas l habitude de vivre en appartement ??

The apartment is situated on the beach front and a short walk from the fishing port of Altea, where you can watch the boats bring in their daily catch, and there is also the nautical club. In a couple of minutes walk you are at the bus stop which takes you to Albir,,Alfaz and Benidorm. In the other direction you will find the train station to take you to Denia. At the top of the town is the beautiful church square full of bars and restaurants and stunning views over the bay. Downstairs from the apartment you will restaurants serving Greek, Italian, Indian, Dutch, Spanish and of course British food, all in a two minute walk. Just past there you will find a well stocked supermarket. Also very nearby is a bank and a pharmacy. A short walk will take you into the centre of Altea with plenty of boutiques for the ladies. There are theme parks nearby such as Acualandia, Terra natura, Terra mitica to name a few. Plenty to do here!
