Villa Eliza is located in a beautiful and quiet spot in the area of Bochali, 1.5 km from Zakynthos Town and a short walk from “Lofos Strani”, where the greek national poet Dionisios Solomos wrote the national anthem of Greece.
The villa can accommodate comfortably up to 6 guests.There are 2 doubles and 1 twin bedroom, 2 bathrooms, open plan living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen.
Cots and high chairs are available on request, free of charge.
There is Air Conditioning in the lounge and bedrooms.

The exterior is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the greek sunshine in a safe environment all day long.
There is a private swimmimg pool, 7x4 metres, from 40cm to 1.40cm deep, ideal for a cool swim in those hot summer days.
The panoramic veranda has stunning views of the valley and the popular resort of Tsilivi.
There is a lovely garden with an old olive tree in the middle and also a BBQ in the corner.

It is all about the view and the location of Villa Eliza, surrounded by olive trees, enjoy the day sunbathing or a glass of wine watching the sunset!
Villa Eliza is 5 min drive or if you prefer 15 min walk to Zakynthos Town where you will find shops, restaurants, tavernas, supermarkets, cafes and places of cultural interest. The popular resort of Tsilivi with the lovely sandy beach is only 4 km away. There is also a mini market at about 300 metres from the villa. Car hire at special rates can be arranged on request.

Lovely villa - highly recommended!

We had an excellent holiday in this really lovely villa. The view from the terraces is superb, and there are lots of comfortable places to sit, relax and eat outside. The pool is great and the loungers very comfortable. The villa itself is extremely well equipped - lots of useful equipment in the kitchen and very efficient air-conditioning. It is in an excellent location - a short drive from the centre of Zakynthos town, but in a very peaceful spot. There is a restaurant and a well-stocked mini-market a short walk from the villa. It is also well located for exploring the island further. We hired a car, which Timos and Becky very helpfully sorted out for us. They were lovely hosts - very quick to reply and very helpful. Highly recommended!

Beautiful tucked away villa

Villa Eliza is a beautiful villa, it is tucked away and private although very central to the local towns and beaches. We really enjoyed being able to go out exploring for the day or to eat in the evening but being able to return to peace and quiet and a dip in the lovely clean pool. The best thing about the villa is the outside space, there is so much of it, terraces, the pool, the garden and then there is the amazing view out over the hills. Timos and Becky were brilliant hosts, checking in with us to see if we needed anything, you felt they were only a text away. A car is definitely needed to stay here especially if it is very hot but everything you need is only a short drive away. We only had a week and it was VERY hot but we did beach days, boat trips and a visit to the water park. We had a brilliant holiday and would definitely return. I would highly recommend Villa Eliza.

Quiet and well equipped home with amazing views

Villa Eliza was perfect for us. Lots of space for our family of 4, great outdoor space including two terraces with mountain and valley views for miles and miles. The home is close to Zakynthos town, a quick quad ride for dinner or supplies, although there is a very handy mini market right at the end of the street, about a 5 minute walk and open late. The villa is equipped with everything you need, it's comfortable and if you plan to cook you will be happy with the workspace. I particularly liked the outdoor grill and oven. I would highly recommend Villa Eliza. We wanted to be centrally located for exploring the island and also wanted to be in a quiet location. From Villa Eliza its a few minutes to the main town, but also a few minutes to Tsilivi. We headed out each day to explore a different part of the island, and were very pleased that we chose to stay here versus some of the "most popular" areas such as Laganas. The villa is operated by the family, not a management company, so they go the extra mile to ensure that you are happy. The ladies that checked us in were so nice, and gave us lots of tips and recommendations, as well as contact information in case we needed more recommendations. They helped us with a boat rental reservation a few days into our stay. Overall we would love to return to Zakynthos, and we would stay at Villa Eliza again for sure.

Why they chose this property

We designed and built this stunning family home with the intention of it being safe and welcoming. We totally took advantage of the area and the views when the house was designed. Its perfect quiet location meant that we could enjoy ourselves with playtimes and family barbeques. However, it is just a short drive to the main town and 5 minutes to the nearest beach, it really is the best of both worlds.
