This is an allergy friendly 100% pet free home. Absolutely no pets and NO EXCEPTIONS will be made. While we love pets, this strict no pets policy is necessary to maintain the high level of cleanliness our guests expect and appreciate.

Enjoy relaxing in the spacious living room with a wall of windows offering truly BREATHTAKING views of the ocean. If you happen to get tired of looking at the ocean, there is a 50 inch Roku LED television and Blue Ray DVD player. High speed wireless internet is provided as well.

You will appreciate the well equipped kitchen which has everything you will need if you choose to cook here. When you see the views from the kitchen, dining table and bar top railing you may decide you won't want to eat anywhere else. The table seats six and there are three stools around the island. To add to your beach experience, even the dishes and silverware are beach themed.

Linens and much more are provided. Bed linens, bath towels, quilts & blankets for the beds, pillows, kitchen linens, paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissues, napkins, garbage bags, hand soap, dish liquid, dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent will all be ready for you at the house. The sheets will be on the beds when you arrive so you can start relaxing right away! Just bring your clothes, beach towels and personal items.

Our home features three beautiful bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
The master bedroom with a King bed has a 32inch LED television and en-suite bathroom including a large tiled walk in shower with bench. Full sized stacked washer and dryer are located in a closet in the master bedroom. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. The bathroom in the hall offers a tiled tub/shower. All of the bedrooms have a window with ocean views.

Surf's Up is located 2.8 miles north of the Surf City bridge or 5.5 miles south of the Sneads Ferry bridge. Heading north, it is just past the Surf City line in North Topsail Beach. Enjoy all the sounds of the ocean from this quiet setting on a dead end street.

We are constantly working to keep our home updated. The kitchen was renovated in January 2023. All new cabinets, granite countertops and glass backsplash. New HVAC was installed in April 2023. New flooring and interior doors were installed throughout the entire home in December 2023.

We are able to provide this exceptional level of service and attention to detail because we live here on the island, just a few miles away. The maintenance, cleaning & rental of Surf's Up is our full time job. We are always available to answer questions, address any issues and help in any way.

To maintain the home and assure that it is clean and comfortable for all to enjoy NO PETS ARE ALLOWED and there is NO SMOKING OR VAPING permitted inside.
