Completely renovated and modern Chef's kitchen with high end stainless steel appliances and engineered stone counter tops makes this a great place to entertain. Formal Dining Room with wood burning fireplace. Open Concept layout with large windows and great views. Large 55' HDTV. Back patio with 700 sq ft deck in backyard with fire pit. I can accommodate up to six guests with a blow up air mattress. On-street parking in front of house. Wireless Internet included.

Great Location

This is a spacious and well maintained property. The owner is very responsive and addresses any issues immediately. One of its best features also has a little downside. It is set into a bluff. While this makes for great views and some privacy, it means you do have to climb some stairs even though it is the first floor of a duplex. Not a problem unless you have mobility issues.

All Around Great

My daughter and I stayed at the beautiful apartment for 3 days. It is in a perfect location, close to downtown but the neighborhood is great for walking. Very clean and well stocked. Great TV and Wifi. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend both the property and the area.

Great location and much better than a Hotel

The apartment was very nice. The kitchen was very modern and worked perfectly for preparing a Thanksgiving meal. The only draw back in the kitchen was only one dish towel. The bathroom had plenty of towels but had only one hand towel and one wash cloth for 5 people. The website also listed that an iron and ironing board were provided but we were not able to find them and needed them for a formal event. Overall a very nice property and the owner was very helpful when we needed him for anything. We will definitely stay again when in Minneapolis.

he house is located in the Kenwood neighborhood, one of the most exclusive areas of Minneapolis and a few blocks from the Minneapolis Sculpture garden and Walker Art Center, and downtown Minneapolis. Also conveniently between Cedar Lake, Lake of the Isles and Lake Calhoun with many walking/biking trails. Close to Downtown, Uptown, and U of M and 1 block from the bus lines or $8 cab ride.
