This wonderful countryhouse is located on the outskirts of Soller, but still near the village centre and Port de Soller with its nice bay and beaches. The house has beem renovated in 2016, and offers an equipped kitchen, lovely living room with tv, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a nice patio-terrace in front with al fresco dining area. There is also a large garden in front of the property, above ground safe swimming pool and sun loungers. Unlimited wifi is included in the price. The area is very sunny and there is a parking area nearby. It's walking distance to Port de Soller and the sea. The house is equipped with a/c.

Charming and comfortable house in the country

We really enjoyed our stay in the Soller house. A fully functioning kitchen meant that we could prepare delicious meals that we enjoyed on the patio surrounded by flowers and trees and with the daily visits from the neighbours' friendly cat that we named Diego. We were 3 adults and a teenager and the house is big enough so you dont have to walk on each others toes. Close to the house there is a pedestrians crossing and here stops the tram that takes you to either Soller or Port de Soller. You can walk to the beach in 15 to 20 minutes, I guess the walk to Soller is maybe 30 minutes. The property is nice and quiet the only noice comes from the farm animals at the neighbours'. There is chickens and a rooster, donkeys and dogs.

Be aware the aircondition is extra €80 a week - the weather was very hot when we stayed there, so we really needed it.

There is a laundry room with a washing machine that we made good use of, notice that a wash cycle takes 3 hours.

Peaceful family home

We stayed in this lovely house for 2 weeks over May / June and very much enjoyed our stay. The pictures are an accurate representation of the house and it did not disappoint: we found the beds, in particular, to be very comfortable. The raised wire frame that is over the main door and the patio either side is now covered with a cane screen so there is additional shade in this area. In the middle of the day (2-4pm) there isn't a whole lot of shade (but this maybe only impacted me as I'm a fair skinned Scottish person) but by 6pm there is shade over the table outside and we enjoyed both dinner and breakfasts sitting outside most days. We didn't find the bike, but it is worth noting that there is both a high chair and a very good sized child's cot available.

The property is accessed along a short winding path and feels secluded while still being close to the town and port (20/25 min walk to each). The lovely tram that goes between Soller and Port Soller has a stop about 50m from the path to the house - perfect!

Beautiful relaxing villa

We stayed at the finca for one week in mid April. Despite mixed weather, we had a thoroughly enjoyable holiday, and would recommend this villa for anyone who would appreciate the tranquility of a rural setting within easy reach of some quaint towns and family-friendly beaches.

The villa itself is characterful yet well equipped with modern fixtures and fittings. Set on a large plot away from the main road, it is very private and self-contained. There are plenty of relaxation areas, al fresco dining spaces, we didn’t miss a pool.

The towns of Soller and Puerto de Soller are just a few minutes away by car and within comfortable cycling distance of you're feeling energetic. Both villages are worth exploring, and both boast a selection of interesting shops, cafes and restaurants. There are also some beautiful churches and historic buildings.

We will definitely be back at Can Sucre - we loved every minute of our stay.

A delightful house

This is a wonderful holiday home in a truly beautiful location and I would highly recommend a stay. It has beautifully restored and has kept its charm but still has the mod cons. Our party consisted of three generations of one family (total 7 people) and the house appealed to all and at no time did anybody feel they were on top of each other as there is so much usable inside and outside space. The jewel in the crown is the front terrace and the view of the mountains that surround the property. The villa is very well equipped and spotlessly clean and tidy. The managers provided excellent customer service throughout our visit. The walk to the town is very easy on the foot and if you have young children take some food to feed the animals. Soller and Puerto Soller really are beautiful.

So all in all as said this really is a little gem and I would highly recommend.

Tolle Lage eines typisches mallorguinisches Haus

Schön renoviertes Haus

Haus und Garten sind schön renoviert. Es ist ausreichend Platz für 6 Erwachsene. Wir wurden nett mit einem Spezialitätenkorb empfangen.

Einziger Mangelpunkt war die nicht funktionierende Zentralheizung, die bei kühlem Wetter und Baby gut gewesen wäre. Als Hilfe bekamen wir sofort einen Radiator gestellt. Damit konnten wir den Wohnraum beheizen. Einen installierten Kaminofen konnten wir leider nicht betreiben, da mit einem Krabbelkind der heiße Ofen zu gefährlich wäre. Insgesamt ein schönes Haus. Wir würden dort wieder hinfahren.
