This spacious, sunny, 3 storey corner house is attractively furnished and located only 10 minutes drive from Murcia MJV Airport (not on the flight path) or 40 minutes by motorway from Alicante Airport. The accommodation consists of :-
Outside: There is a large front patio with table & chairs, ideal for” al fresco” dining: (there are 2 sun shades in the garage) and a front porch. An internal patio, also with table & chairs is at the rear. On the ground floor: A large light & airy lounge/TV area with two sofas & a dining area, a separate fully equipped kitchen with French windows leading to an interior patio with table & chairs also a complete family bathroom and the laundry area with washing machine. Ground floor has one single bedroom which is a new addition, ideal for any one who can't get on with stairs. The 1st floor has a spacious double bedroom with balcony & a king size bed complete with a fully appointed bathroom. Also two double bedrooms with two single beds installed. On the 2cnd floor: One very large and airy room with twin beds, windows on three sides a balcony and sitting area with sofa bed + ensuite shower/WC.
There are numerous golf courses, including 4 of international standard within a 15/30 minutes drive away.
There is also an open air market at San Javier on Thursday, our personal favourite is at San Pedro on Monday but is about 5/10 minutes drive away. Lo Pagan has an active nightlife with a wide variety of discos & bars, plus there are some rather yummy cake shops opposite the large open area, where they sometimes have a fairground (at weekends or during local fiestas) in front of the port.
N.B. Note Re Rental Rates:- Although the house is capable of sleeping upto 10 people, I often stay there on my own or with a friend and so have decided that 4 people or under can have a special rate. Terms and conditions: A Non-refundable £100 deposit is required to secure the booking, balance is payable 6 weeks prior to departure. If departure is within 6 weeks then full payment is required at the time of booking. Rates are weekly during the peak season. Off peak extended rentals are subject to negotiation. (Not July or August). A refundable security deposit of a £100 is required at the time of booking and this is refunded upon satisfactory inspection of the property, within two weeks after your return. In consideration of other residents no arrivals please between 11.30pm &10am. A cleaning & laundry charge of 80 Euros is payable locally on arrival. Towels & bed linen are provided but please bring beach towels. If you would like a grocery starter pack (paid for on arrival) please let us know. In consideration for future guests smoking is only permitted outside on the terraces. Airport pickups can be arranged when making a booking, if required.

We all enjoyed a really relaxing holiday, your house is lovely and we made full use of the BBQ. The beach is fabulous, at about 2pm the Spanish disappear for their siesta & we felt as though the beach became exclusively ours. We often went to Aqualino's restaurant, Steve enjoyed the cured hams and watching what the locals ordered.
