This unit has been totally renovated and has newer carpeting, new furnishings, new mattresses, new linens, towels, comforters, and has free cable and WiFi for your convenience. Large Smart TV in the living room, and smaller flat screen TV in the master bedroom. The kitchen has been tastefully renovated with warm stained cabinetry and gorgeous black granite kitchen countertops. The master bathroom has been renovated in the same manner. two guest rooms with balconies that offer pretty nighttime city views and bays to the 10,000 Island waterways. There are four total balconies in this unit, one off the main living room, and the three bedrooms.
Marco Island has plenty of older condos as the island was developed back in the 70's and 80's. But, why settle for less, when you can get a renovated unit on the pristine section of the southern end of the beach? High up floor yields both gorgeous beach views, but also nighttime city views and bay waters across the city.
Shelling is my favorite pastime on Marco Island beaches. You'll get up close and personal with many water birds, people, water activities, and the gentle waves are even safe for children to play in.
